I had to use the app in store to pick out my windshield wipers. I'm glad it worked because they were understaffed.

I went in to check if my battery life was good and it died right there. The staff was very helpful and changed it out for me. Experience was simple 10/10 especially with Layton!

This location is amazing. Bob at the front is a very knowledgeable and cool guy. I would highly suggest this place to anyone with their car parts needs. I found some things here that I look for at three other locations and not been able to find it. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back here for all of my needs when possible, just be prepared that their prices are a little higher than some competitors but it’s worth it

Counter guy tested my battery and advised it was in good condition. They charged it for free and been driving worry free for weeks. They could have easily sold me a battery I didn't need so just went back a week ago for new cabin air filter. I'll be buying my car stuff from these guys.

What a great store!
Everyone is always so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions.
Paula is especially helpful and knowledgeable about many different aspects of vehicles.
No reason to go to any other auto parts store!

Needed a new car battery. They replaced it for me and put a memory saver in the reader to keep from wiping out the memory. Great service - in and out in 20 minutes!

The stores them selves I would give five stars All the locations! The website is Useless! Love the people at the actual locations Great Helpful people at Every location I visit! The website the app it's All Completely Useless starting an online account Useless! Just call or go see the Great people in person!

Waited for 20 minutes for help while 7 employees were in the store, talking and bsing, 1 employee was actually working.

I stayed in the car while my husband got motor oil and this older employee in his fifties kept staring at me making me uncomfortable, standing right in front of the car on the phone. He kept talking on the phone and maliciously staring at me. He would then walk in and out of the store repeatedly watching what I was doing and what I was going to do all while my husband was right behind him. I am African American and he did not seem at all interested in the Caucasian woman that were in and out of the store. He only locked eyes with me the whole time and kept watching me. My husband then preceded to check out and once we left we were then pulled over and told we are being investigated for suspicious activity. We were then let go after proving that we bought something at the establishment.

I bought front and rear brake pads from Jungermann location. Rear pads were perfect but front were wrong size. I went back to Jungermann location to Swap them, since they did have the part I needed, the Person at counter asked me go to hwy k location and they should be able to take care of me So I drove 20 minutes to that location. Person at the counter at Hwy K told me he is not able do do anything since Jungermann sold me wrong part. He won’t return or swap, even though they were the same price. I end up buying new pad from him and then went back to Jungermann location to return the wrong part. Guy at Jungermann told me, hwy k should have swapped them. He also mentioned that guy at K location was being jerk. I am not blaming the chain but some Jerks at the counter are ruining the name and have no customer appreciation.

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the dates on some marine Diehard batteries. Leyton and Jeff sorted it out in no time and I walked away with great batteries and a smile on my face. Thanks Guys!

Great staff, thank you so much Paula, your advice about my van and part recommendations were spot on where nobody else had a clue. There are a lot of items I would like to see at my local auto parts kingdom still, but for as little staff as is there, I always feel welcome.

Got into a situation due to a Carquest quick strut that wasn't assembled right at the factory. Store Manager, think her name was Paula made it right and loaned me a spring compressor tool so I could finish the job right away. Charger back on the road! Great management! Thanks.

I went in to get a wiper blade for my back window and a young man named Ethan helped me with my purchase and put it on my car! I'm elderly and don't know how to put wipers on. He is a very sweet human being! Thank you Ethan God bless
