I took my car in to get a diagnostic for repairs because it was overheating. Let me start by saying that Zach is very nice and the tow drivers are too. Unfortunately, I paid them 90 bucks to drive my car around for 2 days just to tell me that they couldn't get it to overheat and had no clue what was going on and sent me home with no answers. The very next day, it overheated again. I took it to a different shop here in Jackson and those guys diagnosed a bad fan clutch within an hour (without driving it around all over town). So 90 bucks more and I have my answer but was money wasted by using Advanced Automotive first.

Great shop with top quality repairs and service! Use them for my work truck and they had it fixed within a day saving me a lot of time loss productivity!

After asking them if they could rebuild a rear-end and them saying yes our truck sat there for 2 weeks before they finally popped the cover off the rearend and charged me 140 bucks just to tell me it has to be totally replaced.not happy with how that went and will never use them again.

Broke down I Missouri and called all the local auto repair services and the were all booked including Advanced but they worked me in and got me on the road with minimal damage to my wallet

This place was beyond awesome I took my car foreign car here (Audi) for so many problems that I can’t list but these people went over and beyond to fix my car, quick and fast and for a good price which was awesome these people are super nice and they are the best at what they do. If I had any more car problems, with any cars I would definitely take it to them first.definitely recommend!

I've tried lots of shops in Cape. Advanced is hands down the best. They can solve tricky problems, they communicate well with customers, and they bill fairly for hours. I refuse to go anywhere else in town now.
