I needed a wire on my laptop fan soldered back together. May not sound like a big deal, but the wire was hilariously small and it broke right next to the plastic plug. Dude has mad soldering skills and fixed it up good as new. Laptop has been working great ever since.
Everyone I met there was as friendly as can be, and overall I had a great experience. I'd recommend them.
I called literally 4 seconds ago to ask about a fixture for my work computer. Greeted him asked him how he was doing. Right off the bat rude. Than had the audacity to cut me off saying that I need to bring it to take it apart and get the model number this and that. Umm sir no you don’t I can provide that right now I already know the issue I just want a price quote. He asked me well are you going to fix it yourself? ! That’s why I’m calling you to see about that but after that phone call I will not be doing business with them and told him this.
Today is 6/6/2020 and I began a volunteer position here at Advanced Computers; it's a great place and the service is friendly and professional. Thanks to Michael and Charles.
