Advanced Dental Arts: Geoffrey Riley, DDS, Kansas City MO

I had a great first visit here. The office was very clean from the entryway to the chair. The staff are friendly! I loved the hygienist, she asked very thorough new patient questions and did a great job cleaning, listened to my concerns about sensitivity and respected how I felt about my dental care. They were educational about my dental needs but not pushy. I felt like the person who did my check-out made the assumption that I would not proceed with treatment if my insurance would not cover it, so that vibe threw me off a bit. It wasn't a huge deal, just something I felt about the experience. The dentist was really nice! I have been seeing the same dentist for 8 years and switched due to some personal reasons, and I'm thankful that I picked a great new provider. It's hard to find caring providers who listen and respect you, but you'll definitely find that here!

I am a new patient to Dr Riley’s office and had a wonderful experience from the moment you enter the office to check in to the pain free procedure I received. Dr. Riley and his assistant Lisa was very concerned about me. I would give him a 10 Star if I could. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Riley was very prompt, good, and caring. He fixed my problem without any pain for me, so it was far from an unpleasant experience! Definitely recommend him!

I really thought that Dr. Riley was great however, I asked that he pull all of my teeth for dentures 2 years ago but he didn't do it. I got partials and now my front teeth need to be pulled for dentures. So, this is very upsetting for me! I have to go through this again when it all could have been avoided!
