Advanced Training and Rehab Crestwood, St. Louis MO

I have been going here for a few months now and it has been great! I have been seeing real progress for the first time with a very long term back injury. I have gone to other physical therapists for over a year before this, with little success. I would suggest them to anyone needing PT! Friendly people with great results!

My knee (2 years ago) and hip & back (current) rehab experiences at the Advanced Training and Rehab - Watson Road location has been EXCELLENT! Most important, I’ve gotten great results with rebuilding strength and flexibility to help me return to sports I participate in and working around the house. The Physical Therapists I’ve worked directly with (Jen and Sara) are extremely knowledgeable and are great at building/explaining their plan, and then closely monitor my progress. They also seek and give feedback during every session in order to make
any modifications we feel necessary. The entire staff, from the front desk and on the floor, are professional, “upbeat” and efficient. They work as a coordinated team attending to several patients concurrently in a highly positive and personable manner.

When you need fixin’ there is no better place to be! They are knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind and fun! They have helped my son, my father and myself and I recommend them to everyone I know!

I had a partially torn posterior tibial tendon in my right ankle. Doc said I didn’t need surgery, physical therapy would heal the injury. Doc recommended Advanced Training and Rehab. I went to the Crestwood Location.
The PT’s at Advanced were welcoming and understanding. Alex, Jenna, and Sarah, all PT’s, were absolutely fantastic! They understood that I was in a great deal of pain and coached me in a positive manner to do the exercises (homework) which would heal my injury. They explained what we were doing in layman’s terms so I understood what we were doing.
After six months of therapy, I am greatly recovered and back to normal activities.
I would recommend these folks to anyone. They truly can work magic!

I was recovering from a total knee replacement.

It was a very relaxed & friendly atmosphere &they made you feel so comfortable. Even the other people doing their rehab were friendly. It was actually enjoyable and somewhat fun, as well as educational.

Jenna, Alex, Carolyn, Sarah and Emily were a fantastic team; great collaboration and professionalism. Everything ran smooth.

I truly miss them and I looked forward to my visits. I would recommend them 100%.

A helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff gets the job of healing done. They provide you with exercises you can take home, for a lifetime of fitness.

This is a wonderful group of experts in the field of physical therapy, each of whom help me maneuver my way through a twice weekly stretching/strengthening routine suggested by my orthopedic surgeon. The movement range of my injured arm has improved immensely in just a few weeks I am happy to say. Alex, Jenna and Carolyn have all been very helpful, but a special thanks goes to sweet Sarah for all of her patience with me in achieving my goals. I couldnt ask for a better trainer. Michelle, the young lady at the front desk always has a smile and helps make my hour visit there so pleasant, I almost don't want to leave each time! I recommend this (Crestwood) location for all your PT needs!

I chose to try Advanced Training and rehab before trying to use surgery to repair my shoulder. I was hesitant at first of whether this would work or not, but I am so glad I did! I am back to being pain free and able to do all my normal activities without any pain or worry. I can't say enough good things about everyone that works there. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. You are always treated with the care and respect for the issues you are experiencing. They also make sure to explain what your issues are and the steps you need to take to ensure you succeed. Hopefully I don't need to go back, but if the need arises, I will defiantly choose them again. Thank you so much!
