Advanced Training and Rehab Physical Therapy - North O'Fallon

I've been going here for my elbows, post surgery on one of them. All staff has been great! They're friendly and all easy to talk to. They are knowledge and work together great!

Somehow, I strained a muscle in my thigh, making climbing steps very painful and difficult. A doctor suggested PT; my husband recommended Advanced Training and Rehab whose therapists had helped him with his knee pain.
Liz directs my therapy. She’s chosen exercises that have strengthened my abductor muscle and improved my balance. Adrienne, Jess, and others have assisted during my PT. All are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
The therapists and office staff emanate a spirit of willingness to do what they can to help their clients achieve their PT goals.

All the physical therapists here are amazing. Everyone is really nice and easy to talk to. The best physical therapy place I’ve been apart of in my 20+ years of injuries and rehabs from high school til now. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks about physical therapy.

Liz, Alyssa, Jess, Adrian. All of them are simply awesome in my rehab process, as well as watching them take the best care of everyone else that has come through the doors.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They have helped me relieve my lower back pain significantly and got me on the road to a pain free life. Thank you Liz, you ROCK!

Love the group at Advanced! I have done PT with 4 different local providers, and they are my absolute favorite. They are patient, they truly listen to your concerns, and they are super kind and engaging. Adrienne is the best!

The staff is amazing! Everyone is so great to work with and they are all extremely knowledgeable. They make getting back to feeling good fun!

This is the second physical training place I’ve been to and it’s definitely my favorite. There’s always a happy welcoming atmosphere and every employee there is amazing to work with. They’re also very good at catering to their patients needs. I was pretty independent which worked great for me, but other had a much more hands on approach when/if needed.

The entire group here makes you feel that they care for you. They listen to your goals and help you achieve them. I can guarantee that they made my return to work faster and easier after an injury. My job is really physical, and I would not be working today without them. I cannot emphasize enough what a great group of people they are!

Excellent! I highly recommend ATR in O'Fallon. All of the therapists and staff are extremely professional, attentive and ensure the recovery process is as smooth and productive as possible. They work with you to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for your needs and abilities. My shoulder has noticeable improvement and feels better after every visit. After two hip replacements, and one dislocation. I meet a team! A group of people who push you in the nicest way. Welcoming, friendly, constantly attending, and working TOGETHER to see everyone has a successful recovery.

Advanced Training and Rehab Physical Therapy provided amazing care to me: from my physical evaluation (paying particular attention to my descriptions and asking probing questions to get to the heart of my ailment) ; to providing me deep tissue massage and mobility treatments (some very satisfying, some not so much, however results driven) ; teaching me stretching and exercises focused on my area of need; putting up with my myriad of questions as I learned the anatomy associated with my ailment; keeping a jovial upbeat/realistic atmosphere in a setting that can be difficult, especially psychologically in dealing with my ailment (conveyedly managing my expectations) ; also allowing me to change the background music to something more akin to my liking (a small trivial thing, although hugely satisfying) ; through my final visit (kind of a sad and joyful emotional moment). I found it a joy to come back again and again, as this team of physical therapists and receptionists made me feel a part of their world as they certainly were a part of mine, week in and week out. I will trust my physical therapy needs to this fine team, always.
