We’ve been having an issue with ring neck snakes who have taken up residence under a crawl space, concrete slab addition, and have found their way inside our house.
Jim did a thorough inspection inside and outside of our home and pinpointed the most likely areas they have found their way into the house.
He caulked some suspicious areas, set traps inside and outside, and on the second day we had about 4 snakes in a trap outside!
Granted, ring neck snakes are small, but they need to set up house elsewhere!
