My Dr.was wonderful. She was attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The wait time wasn’t too bad. I felt I received excellent care.

I was blown away by the service I received at AFC Urgent Care! The receptionist was very caring and kind! She came out to check on us in the waiting room and offered us bottled water. The nurses and doctor were amazing! They were so nice and really care about your well being. They even apologized for the long wait (which wasn’t that long at all). They were so busy and very accommodating and professional. I really felt cared for when I left. Thank you so much AFC Urgent Care!

5 stars for this medical facility. They are efficient in time, orderly, friendly and knowledgeable. I have also found their treatment helpful.

I waited a bit longer than I expected to but the team was super nice and the Dr was very thorough and was very helpful. I was happy with the whole team tho very friendly.

The doctors here are always kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing them for years for a wide range of problems and they have always been wonderful. It’s a busy urgent care, but worth the time. The doctors and staff work very hard to get people seen without compromising quality of care. You can’t beat Dr. Hudson-Kane, Dr. Sindecuse and their team for your urgent care needs!:)

So I went last year for a covid test and it came back negative only to test the next day and be positive for covid. Yesterday I went and got tested and it came back negative today I tested and I'm positive again. Paid $300 for two tests and both times they were wrong I would not suggest this place I won't be going back

Overall it was a great experience. The doctor was genuinely friendly and engaging but also efficient and accurate. Probably one of my favorite doctors I've had anywhere. The medical assistant was also warm and friendly as well as quick to get me on my way. I hate giving only 4 stars because they were both absolutely phenomenal and my wait time was very minimal. It was the receptionist that made the experience feel a bit awkward. She seemed inconvenienced by me being there and was far from welcoming. Luckily the other two professionals I dealt with were so stellar that it turned it all around.

ABUSIVE and EXTREMELY HOSTILE "physicians"! I came in for a medication refill because my primary care doctor was taking a very long time to send over a prescription for a medicine that I take daily for crippling nerve pain. This incredibly simple request was explained in the simplest way possible but the disgruntled and lazy staff member was the most incompetent and easily confused nutjob I have ever dealt with. He was immediately threatening and abusive without any antagonizing on my part. Save yourself the danger to your health and take your money elsewhere. There is no medical care to be found at this dump. Mark Sindecuse should have his medical license permanently revoked!

Mr. Sindecuse was immediately threatening and abusive towards me which is why I left as it's obvious he is deranged and lazy. It's funny you recommend going elsewhere for my urgent care needs as I already mentioned doing so for myself but strongly encouraged all other patients to do the same. You need to actually read my review of your struggling business. I never requested anything close to a "narcotic" and your word salad rambling does not apply to myself. I look forward to seeing your business failing and Mr. Sindecuse no longer have the opportunity to hurt patients.

Friendly staff. They work as quickly as possible to get the patients taken care of quickly, and I appreciate that so much with my hectic life. Also very clean facility

I was diagnosed with Covid-19. They were extremely helpful in getting me the care that I needed and medication for follow up.

Had a good experience at AFC when I was there for an urgent care visit. Everyone was nice and the doctor was very compassionate. They were very busy and it was towards the end of the day.

Urgent Care, both doctors and support staff, provide superior care and service, even more so in these difficult times. This practice has my utmost respect and most heartfelt thanks.

The Doctors are excellent. The staff is friendly. Wait time is above average and there's a pharmacy next door. I highly recommend AFC.

The staff was very polite, caring, also I arrived there just minutes before they closed, yet they still made my visit a priority. Unlike some places they were very very nice where some places would have been rude, due to myself arriving so close to closing time! The Doctor was also nice, polite, and got me in and out quickly & thoroughly examined me to find where the pain (which was a tooth that was hurting extremely bad) was coming from, what caused it, then got my my medication called in! Thank you for all of the ladies at the desk upfront, also thank you to the Doctors! You are amazing!

For someone who never goes to the doctor, I’ve been twice to AFC Urgent Care in past couple months. Both times I’ve been seen quickly and was thrilled with the experience. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor who took time and answered all my questions.

I have always received great service here. I like not having to make an appointment as I rarely go to the doctor in general. Dr. Carmelita Hudson-kane is very good. She is friendly and answers all my questions and resolves my health issues. There are several convenient care locations near my house but I drive across town for this one specifically.
