Just completed a visit yesterday to start some work in addition to the upper dentures I got here.
As usual, any considerations I expressed were quickly and thoroughly addressed.
Also as usual I was comfortable not only physically, but with the process itself.
I absolutely would recommend DDS to anyone in need of their service.

The atmosphere is great if I were having teeth pulled there I don't think I would feel as nervous there. I was just having dentures made they made my dentures look so real and made them as comfortable as they could. I'm so glad I went to them.

The experience would be more pleasant if nitrous was an option. The anxiety pills they gave me either didn't work or wore off. Terrible times were had. Not the staff's fault, just a policy that promotes pills

I took a friend to get her dentures adjusted. When we walked in I saw a familiar face. Jamaica! She was very kind and friendly!

They lie about their prices online.
It's over $200 to extract one tooth.
Don't waste your time they'll charge you $50 just to see you and do nothing.

The best! Get you in and out fast and are a dream to work with. They also verify everything with your insurance and if you need financing. Would recommend 100 times over. It is my wife Stephanie whe received the treatment.

The doctor and entire staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. You're told exactly what needs to be done as well as knowing upfront what the cost will be. No gimmicks.

I have had some really negative experiences throughout my lifetime with dentists, to the point of needing to be “medicated” for the simplest of procedures. The earliest dental memory I have is with my childhood “boogie an, ” Dr. Chung. He was truly sadistic. Oh the things I could talk… thus I did not take care of my teeth as an adult. I brushed and rinsed and even flossed. But, in my 50’s my teeth were done. “Devastated” falls short. I truly mean it when I say that this clinic, starting with the sensitive front office staff right up to Dr. Schneider, is a true place of healing, restoration, second chances and clean slates. I can truly say that my opinion, my outlook and my sentiment towards dentists has taken a complete 180, an absolute “about face” and it is only because of one thing. This group of professionals… they are not only craft amazing “appliances”…. They help you find your smile again. You know, the one you would get when dad (or mom, gramma or grampa or WHOEVER that one person who held your heart was) waived at you from the bleachers as your class just played their presentation of the year And you nailed it? Yes, this is a good place. These are good people. Please don’t think going to another country and saving a few hundred or even thousand is a good option. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I absolutely and without hesitation recommend Dr. Schneider, ALL of his staff (thank you Jamichia for all the patience and kindness) and the Affordable Dentures and Implants Clinic at 2609 N Kansas Expy in Springfield, MO. I am truly grateful for the gift. The gift of my renewed smile!

The lady at the desk took my insurance card and handed it back to me saying you will need to call them come to find out after my husband was seen they didn't take anthem she should of told me very disappointed

Wonderful experience overall. They were able to get me in for a consultation within a few days, whereas OMS in Springfield, it took two months to see me. The staff HERE was very helpful and courteous, they answered all of my questions, and the doctor was fantastic and thorough with his evaluation. When I would try to ask a question at OMS, I would leave a voicemail because nobody answered the phone, and they would call back and refused to leave a message. This resulted in and annoying game of phone tag (with me telling them to leave a message) until I could actually get a person on the phone.

HERE I was able to get a full copy of the cost estimate for treatment during my visit. With OMS, I had to call THEM weeks later to chase it down, and the staff made me feel like I was putting them off by asking how much the procedure would cost, and even when they could provide an amount, it was over the phone, nothing on writing, they only offered a partial list of projected costs, and they tried telling me it would take up to 3 additional weeks for a full list. Conveniently they excluded the most expensive portion.

Needless to say this facility has been perfect in every way so far, It makes me wonder how OMS has stayed in business. I'm Looking forward to my return visits to get a dental implant for less than half the cost of OMS. Thank you!
