They turned into being crooked and deceiving, very untruthful. Quote prices for services and raise the price when procedures are to be done. They need to be protested against deceiving people especially seniors, as was I. I will tell everyone I know not to trust affordable dentures & implants. Bathrooms dirty, women had to use men's restroom, carpet in waiting room dispicable. Do not waste your time or money.

They deserve no stars. They were not truthful about making the teeth, the teeth were not good and did not fit. I took them back for a refund and it’s been over a month and I find out that they did not submit the refund. For 6 weeks I have been waiting for them to send a check. DO NOT TRUST them. They run people through there like cattle, they are rude and they make the patient feel like anything that is wrong is the patients fault. I had high hopes for this place but they have let me down from the first appointment. Where’s my money?

Cannot get Robin to call me back regarding a refund that is due to my elderly father for services that were not rendered. I have contacted the Attorney General and waiting for a response.
My father and myself have called the office at least a dozen times only to get ignored. They want their money up front but won't give you back your money when it is due. Stealing from the elderly is not a good look for you.

This place is horrible! I spent $3700 to have 17 teeth pulled and a top and bottom plate. I also paid for a lifetime warranty which is only good for 1 year. Let me start with the good. Robin is amazing. And the appointments were easy to get. Now the bad. They left a whole tooth in my mouth. Why? I'm not sure. When I asked about it the doctor said it was a bone spur and would fall out eventually. Not true. It's a whole tooth in my head still. My new dentist discovered it and was amazed they left it there. Ouch! 2nd my bottom plate to this day has never fit properly. They remade it maybe 4 times and it still doesn't fit. After trying to alter it so many times it weakened it so much that it broke in half. So now here I sit with a broken plate. I asked them what they were going to do about it. Jordan, who is so very rude, said "nothing" your dentist isn't here anymore and we don't want to see you again. So much for the warranty. And so much for all the money I spent for dentures with a warranty.this place is a joke and litertly the rudest people I have ever met. Please please don't go there. Explore other options as i have found an amazing dentist in Laurie that charges half the cost. As forJordan. His bedside manor is so bad i would let him fix a flat tire.

The girls in the front are nice but the dentist is absolutely rude and they are not same day dentures. Traveled from Springfield to camdenton due to them telling me they would have them the same day and lied. The dentist/ doctor is absolutely rude! Don’t go here.

Staff is just wonderful, I moved to kc 2 years ago an I still make the 2 1/2 hour trip to still use this dentist office! Will continue to do so with the wonderful staff. Any time I have a issue they get me in asap.

I will recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants the service is wonderful I only have one issue with them they tell you to have a seat in the lobby for a hour which is fine but when that hour turns into 2 or 3 hours my patience gets tested I should also say this is waiting to have dentures refitted

Dentists are fine there. 10 yr.customer.
Billing and customer service.and honesty are the problem.
3 times over 3 years.they told me I was in network.
The bill started adding up over 3 years as they told me no worry.they would take care of it.
Bill went to collections.they told me if I paid on full they would refund me half of $260.
I paid.they then refused our agreement since I paid collections instead of their front desk.
