Medicare & medicad individual, insurance information given day before so that no problem. Dr. Came in explained i would really have hard time getting dentures that fit correctly because of my bottom structure. But they do the best they could. Then accounting was headed in.my plan requires pre-autho could be 2 weeks but they only do bare minimum set. I have $5000 Dental on Medicare I can only get $800 dentures. It makes no sense. I don't go in for cavity checks? I get so disappointed, In the false hope. 3d dentures? $ 1695. Replacement.each when you ask about those. 10 yr warranty.so no teeth for Christmas. Maybe January sometime.

As much as I disliked the location in Gladstone, you have really shown me that you care. I've been very happy with the level of service I've received.

The majority of the staff are very friendly. The senior dental laboratory gentleman is very knowledgeable and is unerringly kind. The office manager has been understanding of my frustration, but without the ability to assist.

I paid for my 3-D fitted dentures over a year ago. The process was to take 6 to 8 months. No one can tell me when I can expect to have them with any certainty. I was offered the next level lower denture, which I declined. An agreement is an agreement.

They continue to advertise on their website 3D dentures within about one week. I have requested an inquiry. I don’t feel that anyone should advertise and collect money for something that can’t be produced in a timely fashion. It doesn’t seem fair or sound business.

I can say that their temporary dentures have been quite satisfactory and they have been very helpful about making adjustments when needed.

Addendum:

We are now at 16 months. The people remain very nice. I am still without product. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment for another try in that again didn’t fit. I go back in roughly 10 days and apparently we begin the entire process over again because we can’t seem to get a proper fit.

After 16 months, I’m beginning to doubt. I am exploring additional options. I’m tired of the repeated drives and others holding almost $4000 and my not having the product promised. I won’t even go into the holidays missed.

I would advise caution before anyone considers 3-D dentures with this facility after my experience.

Final note.
It took 19 months to finally get the 3-D dentures. I went back for three sets of adjustments over six weeks. Unfortunately, these were not successful, and I eventually returned the dentures for a refund. I received approximately 59% of the original price I paid. The rest was charged to a temporary pair of dentures and an exam. I have made an appointment with an alternate facility for tomorrow, 12/7/2023. I’ll allow readers to draw their own conclusions.

My husband was treated very well. They worked with him, and were very patient with him. The teeth look very nice.

I had wrote a bad review before. However my problem was really with the Antioch location. The Kearny location really did turn my experience around. I talked badly about Rebecca but she really does have a good heart. I appreciate that they care about people.

When I entered the office it was very clean with a warm greeting. I was greeted in a very friendly atmosphere by the lady that signed me and she was very polite, quick with everything and my wait time was short to be called back.

They was polite got me in for emergency repair. I was in alot of pain. Would recommend to anyone

I was put at easy as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was very nice. The nurse, doctor and everyone that dealt with me was very nice and caring.

So far all I’ve had is a consultation. But that was a good experience. But will being going back to get my dentures. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. And most importantly adorable for almost any budget. I still have some healing to do because I want implants. But took my uncle with me who has been without his dentures for 10 years. He will get his Monday

The best feeling when leaving the dentist office is when they said you're all good to go thanks guys
