This was by far the worst braiding ever smh. Baby crying the whole time she's trying to braid my hair. Had to go back the next day for her to fix my hair and I still don't like it.

I felt at home with my sisters Wonderful customer service, love my hair and I will be going back

I really like the way they do their job and they grow my hair so good I will stay with them.

First off let me start by saying that I’ve been going here for the past few years, long story short i went in on Tuesday to see if my hair was pong enough to be braided before making the appt i was told that it was after getting there she asked if she could leave to take care of some business I didn’t mine when she returned she started on my hair I noticed that she didn’t touch take back I asked her why she said it was too short I explained to her that i came in prior to getting it done she said she didn’t remember until another stylist sd she remember me the stylist charged me for a full style of $200.00 but only did half of my hair never offered to reduce my charges knowing she couldn’t do my hair I feel like number1 I’m a loyal customer and I should have been treated better I will never recommend them to anyone else with service that i have received as of late, last time i went she let someone else do my hair which looked like she was practicing and my braids didn’t last

I had a 9am appointment to have my braids restyled. The appointment was not honored and I was turned away.

Took my daughter there and they braided her hair in leas than 5 hours. It looked great! What I appreciate the most is that there isnt a lot of traffic and its clean! We return evey 3-4 months

I LOVE THIS PLACE! These ladies were awesome at styling my NATURAL HAIR- yep no extensions and still AMAZING!

I called for an appointment tomorrow and they fit me in today. They used 3 braiders to make a 7 hour appointment work in 3 hours. They actually gave me the length I wanted without charging extra and the hair is included in all styles. It's not very fancy inside, but it's clean and the service was great.

I have been going to this location for almost 10 years. I DNT let anybody else braid my hair. I love these ladies, they're like family and treat people with the utmost respect, their energy is beautiful and they do a fabolous job braiding hair, whatever u want they got it and the price is reasonable.

This location does not open on time when you call the number the phone just Rings or sometimes don't even ring at all this is important screws for African business owner
