Over Priced, OVER crowded, Not professional service at all. The lady braiding my hair was the most rude and slowest of them all. She stopped every one braid to text then when it came time go get her children she picked up the paced hurting my head. She left my head unattended and another braider finished up. I didn't even get the full service of my style. I was told they cannot put in hair jewelry (simple beads) for which the Africans are known for cause it take to much time. Time they wasted as I sat in the shop waiting on. I'll never go back

The ladies seemed nice but they didn't finish my hair correctly. The salon was somewhat on the cold side to me.

I took my daughter and niece to this salon to get they hair braided. My niece wanted a certain style Pop smoke braids when she got done with her hair she had about six big raggedy braids I spoke with the braider and told her that the hair style was not acceptable she begin to tell me that her hair is thick and that’s why the braids is sticking and pointing out. I dropped them off and came back within 30mins and the stylist was literally done and thought she did something. I had to have them take her hair down several times to get it right. I am warning anyone if you go here you will have to watch them the entire time I messed up not reading the reviews because this salon does not take pride in they services. Then they have the nerves to get upset because they jacking up people hair. They also wants you to pay before they finish your hair luckily that day I didn’t because they probably would have not redone her hair over.

Been going here for about 4 years now very sweet ladies very respectful and always nice. If they messed up I always asked them nicely to fix it and they do. Very kind hearted ladies never had a issue with non of them at at.

The braids be beautiful, just wish they didn't braid so tight and was not so careless of others hair. One braider made my scalp bleed but she said she didn't know why it was bleeding, but at first she didn't wanna tell me I was bleeding because I asked her what did she say to me, she said nevermind. Then she said I was bleeding. Because they use hair clips to part and hold your hair, she pulled some of my hair with the hair clip, which was why I was bleeding.

AWESOME BRAIDERS.they give you what you ask for however I give them 4 stars cause I think they can be more educational about hair and the benefit of what braiding does for your hair.

I had got to feed in braids with two small ones and they came down within a day bc the lady didn’t use gel on my hair she didn’t wanna do it over or give me back my money.

I'm convinced the African women don't care about their craft of hair braiding anymore! African American women have taken over the craft and perfected it very well at braiding.

Worst place to get your hair done. Hair was poorly done and they don't care about their customers. A friend told me about this place, but I was ignorance. One of the employees who braided my hair was a horrible person, so I told the owner of the shop who was braiding someone's hair next to me. They started talking in their language and didn't mind to my obstacles. All the ladies I met getting their hair done weren't happy. Some left the salon due to their attitude. Besides, I waited 1: 30 minutes before the lady starts to get my hair done. If there's a zero star, I would have loved to give them. Seek for professional training ladies.

I received the worst rush job ever. The lady put about 20 faux locs in my head and charged me 200. I informed the owner the spacing was too large. She stated that the parting was a normal size. I requested a refund or a complete redo and she refused.

Been coming here 5 year I love it! The ladies are wonderful always give me exactly what I want at a great price! Highly recommended

Call to get my daughter done in 2 braids on today which is Saturday. They told me she can can come in. We went in and my daughter got right in the chair. She finished the 2 braids within 30mins. She done a great job and reasonable price as well. I highly recommend. I’m only in town for a short period of time, but will come again.

Sweet, sweet ladies here! Senegal women These ladies are polite and FAST. They work together to get the job done and most importantly they DONT SNATCH UR EDGES I will be returning.

Yea go here if u wanna get treated like the criminals that ran out on them go up the street to confidence African hair braiding or cisse’s on Chippewa way better.
