I absolutely love this place! This is the best place for all natural health care products. They always have everything I come for and more. Some of my favorites are the fragrance oils, natural shea butter and soaps. They often have things that are difficult to find elsewhere. And to make this place even better, the service is professional, friendly and amazing!

You did not give me my money back I had to go to my bank to get my money you do not have integrity you are a businessman that is a thief you steal from your customers.the situation should have been handled that same day I have been in customer service management for over 16 years and I can tell you right now how you and your cashier handle that situation was ridiculous it shouldn't took a week it should have been handled the same day with all those cameras that sit behind that cash register you mean to tell me you as a business owner you couldn't go to the camera to find out what she did wrong because your cashier, sorry like it or not she messed up I had to go to my bank after I kept coming to your business over and over you kept giving me the run around you stole the merchandise that I purchased and you tried to steal my money which is all facts and you talking about some 3-5 business days are you crazy I went to my bank June 30 to reject the transaction which is facts so stop getting on here and lying because I'm going to come every time you lie my next step will be the BBB because you're a thief you steal from your customers and I want everyone to be aware and be cautious when doing business with you because you are a thief a shady businessman you so worried about my email account which are my personal business accounts but you lack knowledge on the system with in your business smh and you lack all type of integrity cause you are a thief you stole the merchandise that I purchase and you tried to steal my money but luckily I don't have one of those regular debit cards so I was able to go into my bank I wonder how many other people you have stolen from people need to be cautious when dealing with you especially when they use a card because you lack knowledge in that field you and your cashier

The service in the store is always excellent! And they carry a great selection of products at reasonable prices.

Paid 40.00 for a jar of sea moss made me sick to my stomach had to go to the ER. Spoke with the store and they act if they didn't care. Didn't ask if I wanted a refund what was the finding from the emergency room nothing. I will never shop here again.

Every one is always nice a knowledgeable and they are very well stocked with all the supplements, dry herb, books and oils u will need.

Great staff. They always great each person entering the store. There is an abundance of items and products available. If the item is not in store they will do their best to order it. Love the atmosphere.

I went to the kingshighway location a location I visit often purchase my items debit wouldn't print my receipt so I told the young lady cancel it out and send it to mu email well it wouldn't print and I guess the manager the owner he comes over with a very negative attitude as if the whole mishap was on my behalf instead of him being apologetic and say sorry he cause he don't know what happened instead he went in saying how long he been there and how he not trying to steal my little money and he kept repeating it but not realizing debit and credit is two different things debit means you automatically takes the money from my account somehow he miss understood his worker or they misunderstood what was going on because when it comes to debit and credit it's two different things well I have to return to the store and get my refund because you can't cancel a transaction that has already been process You have to do a full refund which is something they did not do, You can only refund the items and since I didn't get my merchandise I just want my money now because I do not like how I was treated and how he talked to me all I want is my money

money your cashier just didn't do the proper transaction I've only been doing this line to work for over 25 years and No he didn't give me my money I had to go to the bank to reject the transaction He is a business thief that will steal from his customers So be cautious be aware and do not use your debit or credit card because he will try to steal your money by giving you the running around so don't be like me doing all the necessary actions to get your money back

This is hands down the greatest, largest herbal supply store in St. Louis, MO. With the best customer service from the owner and staff, with knowledgeable assistance with what you need, where to find things in the store, and some discount pricing and/or coupons for members. I absolutely loved this store since I first walked in years ago and it's growth amazes me and I'm so proud and grateful that it's locally accessibile with 2 locations right here in my city.

Got me some black seed oil and some sea moss and the customer service was great and the women know her store.

Personally, I find oils, vitmams, and other natural items at African Naturals. Clerks have a working knowledge of the products that are carried in the store.
