Very positive. Called early today to report furnace stopped working. Antonio was here quickly and found issue and repaired. He was friendly and very competent.

Tom was fantastic! He was friendly and explained everything so I could understand what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it.

Air comfort service is a great company with a focus on customer service. They are considerably more reasonably priced than some of their more well known competitors. My service rep, John P, is efficient, friendly and helpful. I can recommend them without reservation.

Our furnace went out on new years Eve. Everybody in the industry was "on call" and this was the first company to call me back. The technician was ultra nice and professional and helped me know where we stood regarding the furnace. It actually worked sporadically over the weekend so we were good until they repaired the Parr on Tuesday. Except-we then learned we would need an entire furnace replacement. Our parts paid for the day before were credited and I found the buying process to be smooth and professional. The next day installation went great and they seemed to treat us with care the whole time and not just until we "signed on the dotted line"

We'll be using them for ongoing maintenance and I was definitely impressed with how well this group communicated with us and cleaned up and everything. Buying a furnace is not a fun buy, but Air Comfort Service at least made it bearable. Thank you to your entire team.

Kyle worked a long time in the cold and rain outside to repair a leak in our unit. We are very happy with the work he did, and also with how the office handled taking care of the situation so quickly. They are very helpful. Thank you!

Great service, our normal place couldn't replace our thermostat and didn't know when they could. Air comfort had an appointment for the next day and install was quick and easy. Service team listened to our wants and got us exactly what we needed and up and running in a few hours. Won't be going back to our other company. Air comfort earned repeat business from us.

Needed a replacement central a/c and coil. Scott Moore came out to review the project and provided a written estimate within a few hours. We contacted him with questions that he was able to quickly answer. We made the decision to go with air comfort that day. Installers Matt and Tim arrived as scheduled at 7: 30 and were done by noon. They answered all questions we had and explained how the new system functioned. All the people we interacted with were very professional and knowlegable. Very glad we chose Air Comfort for this project. Highly recommend!
