Air & Military Museum-Ozarks reviews
12Good museum, helpful knowledgeable staff. Very few actual aircraft, mostly models and military memorabilia. Would recommend for an hour of your time.
Fascinating place with so much history. Staff could not have been nicer and more attentive. We thought we would be in and out fairly quick but got wrapped up and spent over an hour and a half to see and learn about everything. Highly recommend for anyone interested in military history.
Interesting museum with many unique and unusual items. This is one of those places where you have to pay attention and find treasure. The thing I most liked are the gentlemen who are the guides, they have a strong passion for the collection and it's contagious. They answered all my questions and had many personal insights and stories that made history real. I am so glad I stopped in to this eclectic museum.
Since I haven’t been to any major aviation museum this is all I’ve experienced but it’s amazing. It felt very personal and the people there were very friendly. Even though we got there near closing and actually stayed past closing it was still amazing I would rate 6 stars if I could
This is a hidden gem definitely worth the trip if you are a military nut Reasonably priced with lots to see everyone is friendly and informative
Awesome place, kids loved it and you could see and handle lots of things unlike many other museums. The folks there were very nice and informative. It was cheap and lots of fun only for any history buff and kids leaning to be. 5 bucks for adults and 3 for kids under 12 so worth it.
Very nice little place. I have to watch it you’ll drive bye, it’s a quaint little place, a lot of artifacts and information, need to take your time, also had 2 trainers one a helicopter and another jet you was able to set in, it is worth the stop, 0 only $5.00
Very very cool! They have pleanty of cool WWII artifacts to enjoy and several vehicles and planes! Definitely a hidden gem and worth the $5
Great selection of military equipment to see and engage with. The Vets working there were great to talk to about what they had.
Place is amazing! The people are delightful. The education is priceless. I recommend everyone go at least once. I've been four times and just did my son's birthday party there, they had a blast!
When we pulled up we didn’t think the building was big enough, but once we went in it had lots of cool history. The older gentleman is good with teaching and explaining.
Dedicated and knowledgeable volunteers run the place. Some are veterans, one was a retired aircraft mechanic. All very nice people. They have a great collection of artifacts and military vehicles and planes from different time periods. I took my dad, who is a Vietnam Veteran 12th evac hospital physician & Captain.
