Love everything here the brisket, the smoked turkey the sausage. Love the tacos and nachos. The rice is my absolute favorite thing here I could live on it.

If you haven’t tried the smoked turkey or the Texas tater you are missing out!
A couple of Kiwis on a road trip wanted some smoked meat on the way to Hannibal.
And discovered this place. Really friendly but also wonderful BBQ. A great experience.
Love this place with great BBQ and delicious street tacos and other Tex Mex favs. The caldo de pollo is delicious chicken soup. Friendly owners too. Bar side or food side are both great.

My family was excited to try AJs as we had heard many good things. We made the drive out for their wing special. They were sold out of wings by 6pm. No problem I ordered a taco salad instead. What I received was little more than a bowl of shredded iceberg lettuce surrounded by tortilla chips for $9. Very little meat and almost no cheese. Would not recommend their taco salad.
The food was Amazing, fork tender Brisket and the Mac n cheese is some of the best! Highly Recommend
I frickin love this place to death the dude who works there is the nicest person you will ever meet and treats everyone like family not to mention the food the food is delicious if I could eat there everyday I would for sure

The food here is INSANE. It's incredible that food this delicious exists in a town this remote. Definitely worth the drive.
