We are lucky to have Qadir in Houston USA. He is one of best artist I have ever seen at make up side and cutting side too.

Christina did an amazing job! She did my eyebrows, massage and facial. I already made my next appointment.
Thank you for the great service.

Great place. Chrissy is so good with massages and facials. Really has helped me.

I called today to reschedule my appointment because I just started feeling sick. Unfortunately, being sick can't be scheduled 24 hours in advance. When I asked to reschedule, I was told I would lose my prepaid service (my children bought me a gift certificate to this salon). When I said I would come in, they told me they would now cancel it because I had told them I'm sick. Either way, I lost. Fascinating customer service approach. You better plan to be sick so you can reschedule and not lose any money. "It's just our policy. " Well, my policy is never to go to establishments that provide terrible customer service.

The man at the front desk is rude and he’s the reason I won’t go back.
My haircut and color were great and I was looking forward to continuing these services.
I was 7 minutes late and was told I couldn’t be seen anymore. Not enough time. That’s fine, I was sad but I get it. What REALLY bothered me was the HORRIBLE attitude of the person who communicated this to me. No compassion or understanding. Just rudeness and accusatory attitude. He should not be in costumer service.
