Karen was a very knowledgeable and experienced salesperson. The Finance Manager was very knowledgeable as well. They made our experience very easy. And the music they played thru the dealership was perfect, great song choices.

I talked to a lot of dealerships when looking for my car and Al West was easily the best. Great people (worked with Brandon a lot), happy to answer my questions, not pushy or trying to trick me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Only deal with the Service Dept. I have never had any issues before. I went in for a Fob recall and asked the techs if they could do a tire rotation and oil change. They were able to get the job done, only not checking the air. Otherwise, I am and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness all the employees have shown me and others while I was at the shop.

Kevin, is the man. He made this the easiest transaction of my car buying experience. Was in and out.

The overall experience and service is good but the communication is lacking. When I called to make an appointment and when I had an issue after my service, no one answered and you’re told to leave a message and they will call you back. No one calls you back. You have to continue calling until you get someone.

I have been going here for over 20 years and the service has always been a 5 star. I trust them with servicing my car and not trying to sell me or charge me for things I don’t need. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with in person.

Giving a 4 star this review due to no one returning phone calls when you leave a message. This needs to be fixed.

Bought a used car from AL West this past week. The buying experience was very straightforward and enjoyable. I had spoke with one of their salespeople, Kevin, about the vehicle we were interested in and he helped us with all of the questions we had. The car was in very good condition and represented accurately by their website. I worked with Tom on the financing and was in and out rather quickly without feeling rushed or pressured. I discovered a roofing nail in a tire on my truck while I was there. I arranged a repair with a local tire shop and let Kevin know I might need a ride back to the dealership to pick the car up after we finalized paperwork. He spoke with their service department and they just fixed it while I was working with Tom on the financing. They really went above and beyond as far as service is concerned. I wish all of my car buying experiences were as good as the one I just had at AL West Nissan, thanks guys!

They repaired our Nissan that we purchased at a Chevy dealership and they could not fix so they sent us here and they fixed the issue and delivered the car to our house awesome awesome great dealership

My driving history and budget are always viewed in terms of keeping me safe on the road and everyone there have proven to be honest and trustworthy. I took my car in to Al West Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics were very fast and efficient, and we were in and out in no time. I called for an appointmet on Thursday and was scheduled the next day. Will be returning there for my next oil change.

Dropped vehicle off 2 days before my appointment and they worked it in so it was ready to be picked up 2 days early. Very informative staff and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I were in the market to trade in our car for a truck…and Nissan did not disappoint! Karen and Tom were very friendly and helpful during the car buying experience. They worked with us and got us the best deal possible. Overall, another great experience with Al West Nissan!

I needed a new vehicle, I do think it was on the high end of my budget, but the truck was in excellent condition for it's age, and with minimal rust. I enjoy my new/old truck.
