Just had the best experience with Adam Barnes of Alexander Forrest Investments. He was informative, pleasant, courteous and professional. His understanding of the business and the value that Alexander Forrest offers was amazing. He certainly impressed me with the organization and his understanding of it and the benefits it brings to the clients.

AFI has been managing our property for just under a year, and it has been a great experience. They are very thorough and transparent with their practices. I have many contacts I can reach out to if I need something, and the property is prospering. We were pretty nervous about turning our family-run business over to a 3rd party, but it has gone very well and they've done a lot to build our trust.

I have worked for this company for almost a year and a half and I love it here! I get to build communities and watch them grow as a property manager with AFI! My co-workers are the best and feel like family. It’s so wonderful having a support system like that. I get to do something new every day so I’m never bored. Thank you AFI for the opportunities you have given me. Five star all the way!

The location in Texarkana has well kept grounds, overall nice apartments. Staff is friendly and responds quickly to questions or emergencies.

John has made such a difference. He and the maintenance staff always go above and beyond what they are required. They have been a breath of fresh air. Thanks guys.

I’ve worked with Kyle Oby on multiple projects in multiple states. I can honestly say he represents AFI very well, he keeps the property owners in mind when deciding contractors, price points, and he demands quality work of contractors. For these reasons, it’s easy to see why AFI consistently improves both the properties they oversee, as well as the tenant’s experience. Would recommend to manage property for me in a heartbeat!

Overall, great customer service Jeff Barnett walk me throughout the entire process. I appreciate this company and it’s services. This is the company that I will be doing any further investments with.

The oaks at cantubury is a bad place. Ethan the manager is underhanded and does not treat people good. He makes up things and will not respond to texts or calls will not give a statement of what is owed. Just plain bad guy he takes advantage of people.

These people DO NOT pay vendors! Do not work as a vendor for them. All the reviews that are positive are fake. I’ve called the number they give and left numerous messages and never get a return call. I’ve sent messages through their “contact me” and still no response. I’ve been waiting over a month to be paid for apartment cleanings that I did for one of their apartment communities. Also, some of the things I’ve seen while cleaning in the apartments I don’t think you should rent either.
