This place is amazing. Dr. James is one of the best doctors that I have ever had the privilege of having as a doctor. He is very caring and knows his stuff.

All the nurse practitioners are amazing too and so is the rest of the staff.

I’m not sure if he’s a liar or just can’t remember what he tells patients. Saw him 3 weeks ago tried getting a referral for an orthopedic appointment at that point. Waited because he told me let’s see if gets better. If not just call and we’ll get it done, his words. Knee hasn’t gotten better, been 3 weeks have to go in for another appointment, another 2weeks away smh, for a referral I asked for long ago. Every appointment takes around two hours. Something I’m very looking forward to when I can barely walk. He’s up to date on his knowledge and medical info. Don’t lie to your patients. You’re supposed to be able to trust your doc, him you cannot

My expierenced with the office staff and Dr. Have been fantastic. Friendly, and professional.

If you need a doctor for your child, I would advise against bringing him here. The wait time to get in is ridiculous and then once you get in to the office the wait time is also ridiculous. The people upfront are not friendly. They are not efficient with getting back to you. I have a huge list of things that is absolutely horrible about this doctor office. My son went to him for four years, and I am so upset with myself with not changing him to a new doctor along time ago. It would take weeks to get my child in when he was sick. I can’t tell you the number of times I would have to take him to the hospital instead as a doctor he does not care about any individual person besides himself please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time if you have a child and take them elsewhere.

Pretty disappointed at how long it takes to get an appt. I understand what’s important to me isn’t important to him but I see it differently and I need a doctor that’s gonna be more of a friend then a business transaction
