Sending Georgia to ADU was a great decision and I would highly recommend anyone on the fence about training to give ADU a call. They get clear expectations from you through a phone call and form before drop off where they really strive to understand your concerns and goals with sending your animal to training. In addition, they keep communication channels open and send follow ups regularly throughout the stay, and continue to check in and monitor progress after training. The staff is easy to work with and are very pleasant and personable people. Highly recommend giving them a call!

What a great experience! Aaron and his team did wonders with my pup. ADU is exactly what we needed and will definitely use them again! The facility is clean and well organized! They are very helpful through the process and are very accessible after you take your pup home! Thank you ADU!

Would highly recommend and we look forward to our Rottie boarding at ADUKC. Happy to be able to our pup and 3 kids out in out in public and our pup is now the best behaved. She is the same rottie just with manners. We definitely have to keep training at home but they were great with our girl.

I had the best experience at ADU! Cory sent the cutest photos and videos of my puppy while she was away at their 2-week training program. My friends and family immediately noticed how much my puppy’s behavior had improved, as well! Addie is the best girl now, all thanks to the trainers at ADU!

ADU has been amazing through our whole experience! We had our 6 month old lab mix go through the two week training and are so happy we did! We’ve had him back for about a month and can now go on family walks and take him to stores without worrying if he will bark/jump/puppy bite. He will stay by our side the whole time. Though we live two hours away we will always make the drive to board Jax with ADU. We dropped Jax off to be boarded and when he saw his trainer, Alex, he was so excited. They truly care for your dogs like their own. Will always recommend ADU!

Okay, it's been 1 month since bring my dog, Gemma, home from her 2 week board/train program at ADU. I waited to post my review to assure I give an accurate review after she was under MY care.
To be honest, I was extremely hesitant of the board/train program due to the cost being way out of my budget but it was my last resort. My husband was on the verge of rehoming our then 10 month old border collie mix due to her behavior issues & the stress it was causing on our marriage. We were constantly bickering at each other & yelling at the dog to stop this or stop that. Needless to say, I had enough & needed to regain the peace in our home.
Gemma was your typical puppy who would jumps, explores tables/counter for food, take food from her human siblings (1 & 5), "puppy mouth" the kids, knock people down the stairs, she was constantly digging in the yard, eating/chewing anything she could from dog beds, towels, blankets, toys, plants, the base of trees, rugs, leashes. Literally everything! I was fet up. Car rides were insane because she wouldn't calm down. She was very scared of people who entered our home or that she saw in public. She would either cowar & retreat or growl aggressively & get the mohawk down her back & not let them near. If any door was opened, zoom.there she went. No control whatsoever. She is a good dog but being so young she needed structure, which meant I needed to gain control quickly.
That being said, after asking for recommendations on Facebook & reading every review out there, I decided to go with ADU.
From the moment we arrived, Gemma was very calm & somewhat relaxed, which is strange for her. There facility was so clean & organized. I was greeted by everyone who I interacted with in the facility. I felt welcome, as did Gemma. She went with a trainer straight to the back & didn't even say bye. I knew at that point, she was in good hands. At no point did I see or hear anything that I would feel concerned about the safety of my pet while being there. I loved that there was staff onsite 24/7.
I loved receiving a discount due to paying in cash which was nice.
As for the e-collar, I thought about trying to get my own because $200 was a lot but I promise you'll come back if you go that route. I am so glad that I didn't try to cut corners because I would have regretted it.
Back to Gemma, wow! Just wow!
She is night & day different. She is still the same loveable pup I dropped off but she now understand boundaries & is calmer.
When she first got home, she was great but then a couple days in she tried getting food off the counter & "mouthing" my kids 1 time each. Those are HUGE no-nos, so I corrected her at level 100. Never again has she done either of those things. She has sniffed at food once, but the second I even just looked at her she knew she was bad & went to her "place".
Speaking of "place". Seriously, the best command ever. We still struggle at times when she's really excited because she's VERY stubborn but she usually goes to her place on the first command. She eats on her "place" when we eat our meals. She will stay on her place until we give her the "free" command.
When people enter our home, the place command is always given & she will go most of the time but will look back. I know you're just supposed to correct using the collar but I tend to say, ehh ehh, & she corrects herself right away.
After 1 month, Gemma will "place" for 30+minutes. She occasionally will try to get off but you just have to be consistent with the training remote. It will need to be glued to you for the first couple of weeks at least.
As for other issues, Gemma will now wait for all humans to use stairs before she does. She plays more gently & will let anyone pet her. She's amazing!
The only problem I have now is she barks all of the time, even with correction. We are working on it & we will get there.
Ultimately, I chose ADU due to their amazing customer service and the life time support. It's not a, hey we trained your dog and you're gone thing. If you need help or have questions after, just call!

Can’t imagine where we would be without All Dogs Unleashed. With 2 young labs, the house can get a little crazy. The “place” command has changed our lives. We know our dogs are getting lots of love while they stay there too.

All Dogs Unleashed KC lives up to its rating and was everything I expected and more. Alex & team did a great job with Finn and we could not be happier. I would have paid the price just to help with his separation anxiety. Let’s just say we got that and a whole lot more. Life is definitely better for us and our dog. Thanks again ADU KC!

We sent our mini Australian puppy to the all dogs unleashed 2 week board and train and can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone there! Our puppy came home his same silly self, but with wonderful training! Aaron and his entire staff were amazing and constantly kept us updated on his progress! Cory was our puppy’s main trainer and we couldn’t be happier with everything he learned! We are so thankful to be apart of the ADU family and have the continued support!

I usually don't write reviews, but ADUKC is well deserving of all the five star reviews it has.

I'm the kind of person that always does research on pretty much any product and service I use and you definitely can't go wrong with ADU. From the initial inquiry about my barely 10 week old Mini Aussie, to the pickup after his two week training, I couldn't have asked for any more.and if I did, they are there to help for life. The video and picture updates are great because you're able to see the progress and let me tell you, even after four days, my boy Dexter was already showing great promise.

I decided I wanted to start him off on the right path as soon as possible and with the training from ADUKC, he is!

Keep in mind that you will have to put in some work and effort on your end after the two or even four week program. It's almost like you're training yourself to become a better leader as well, but Alex definitely did a great job preparing me for it before I even got to see Dexter again.

The fact that they have boarding for ADU grads as well, where they will get even more training during their stay, is awesome! I'm already planning on him staying at ADU in a couple months.

I'm glad I did my research and trusted ADU with my boy Dexter so much so that we're looking into enrolling another family dog into the program soon.

Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I've thought for many months about whether or not I would put my review back down to 1 star. I'd previously been contacted by the company to remove the 1 star rating and do some more training with them. I regret it. For the owner, please don't bother with asking me to take this down again, and no I do not want more training from you. My dog Katydid is a very anxious dog. While I do believe that all dogs unleashed has a method that could work for most dogs, reactive dogs should be wary. Katydid is dog reactive. She used to be reacting due to excitement from what I could tell, but after training her behavior became more aggressive and fearful. Retraining in the plaza after my initial review consisted of using the e-collar at levels around 50 in order to suppress her behavior around dogs that we walked past. The sort of training does not change the dogs emotional response to seeing their triggers. It causes shutdown for the animals and is extremely stressful. When I first went to All dogs unleashed they showed us the e-collar at low levels and said this is how they train the dogs. At this point I find that to be untrue as they use the collars at high levels to receive the results they want. It's a flashy method and it gets quick results but the results aren't permanent especially for behavioral issues. We have since been working with our vet to help Katydid with anxiety medication and positive reinforcement. We're working to teach her that dogs aren't scary and that she doesn't need to act aggressively. The pain all dogs unleashed caused to her increased her levels of fear immensely. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have put my dog through this experience. I'm happy for all the people that had good results for their dogs but unfortunately that wasn't the case for me.

I recommend All Dogs Unleashed! Alex has been amazing training my German Shepherd and has helped so much with him and his reactive tendencies. I enjoyed getting video updates of his training and seeing how good he had been doing. So excited to continue my dog's training at home!

Aaron and his team were so awesome to work with. This is the first time we have been away from our dogs for an extended period of time and they made us feel extremely comfortable and sent us tons of picture and video updates whenever we asked. They made huge progress with our pups in the two weeks they had them. They were extremely helpful with teaching us all of the training when we picked up the dogs to continue the training at home. Highly recommend their services and would bring our dogs here for follow up trainings or boarding in the future. Thanks Aaron for all of your communications along the way and making our dogs feel at home!

All dogs unleashed is awesome! Everyone there is so nice to talk to and you know they are taking great care of your dog when they’re here! My Vizsla, Eddie, was a Tasmanian Devil when I brought him in. After two weeks he was so well behaved and would listen to all of his commands. Also, I loved how they would send updates throughout the training so I could see his progress! 10/10 would recommend ADU to anyone looking to get their dog trained!

My dog Max is a very large Bernedoodle and I was worried that at a year old that he would be difficult to train, but the staff at All Dogs Unleashed are phenomenal! He learned so much during his 2 weeks and I can finally walk him without being dragged! I was concerned that his personality would change being away from us and with use of an e-collar, but he is the same sweet loving boy! Max really enjoyed his time there, so much that when we go on vacation in a few months, I know he will be in wonderful hands and that he’ll have a good time!

Before going to ADUKC, our Stella had a difficult time controlling her excitement when around new people and pulled on walks. Since her training, all of those bad habits are gone. The best part is, she’s still our lovable, happy lab. She’s just better behaved! Cory was fantastic about going over the training when I picked Stella up at the end of her stay. He’s been so good about checking in with me to see how things are going. Stella loved her time at ADUKC and I’ll definitely board her there when I go out of town. I highly recommend ADUKC to anyone looking to have better control over their pup!
