All God's Flowers, Rolla MO

I specifically placed my valentine's day delivery order a week in advance just to not get what I ordered and payed for. Apparently east 10th street in rolla is outside their free delivery area so had to pay for that too, Ridiculous. I will not use this florist again. Ruined my whole suprise and rip me off as well. Cant contact them by their contact e-mail on their site all e-mails returned undeliverable. I called and asked for a refund and all the owner did was refuse a refund and whine about how they are only 3 people and that mistakes happen ect.ect.so I guess litigation is next.

She went above and beyond even after a communication error on my part. She made sure to make it right and get a birthday arrangement on time! Highly recommend!

Called the day before my husband's aunt's funeral. They were able to create a beautiful plant arrangement & get it to the funeral home in time. Great to work with. Thanks so much!

Just dropped by during my "memorial lane" road trip. I was delighted with my beautiful roses.

Where do I start? I live about 2,000 miles from All God’s Flowers, and I didn’t know Marlena when I called her shop. I just started calling around because I wanted to try something other than the big online flower shops. First, Marlena is an artist. She creates with love and thought. I don’t even give her guidance because what she creates is so unique that I don’t want to stifle her creativity. I’m not the easiest client either. I called the day before Mother’s Day and the day before a birthday and she was able to create such beauty and deliver it the next day!
Thank you Marlena! Not only for the flowers, but connecting with me as a customers. I really enjoy our talks and I’m glad to have gotten to know you this last year!

I was very disappointed with the delivered arrangements. It was substantially different from the advertised arrangement. I've attached a photo for you to decide for yourself. Additionally, although Free Delivery within Rolla was advertised, I paid for delivery on all three orders. At the time, I didn't mind because I'm sure they are working hard. But after the delivery disappointment, now I'm all around unhappy.

Website said all orders placed before 2: 00 pm would be delivered the same day, so I placed an order, received an order confirmation at 9: 31 am, flowers were not delivered same day, called several times, but was only able to leave a message, no one returned my call. OK, the flowers were finally delivered the next day, and they were beautiful and I finally got a hold of the florist and she was very apologetic, so i've change my rating from a 1 to a 3

My boyfriend has gotten flowers for me from this location 3 times. The first two times the flowers were phenomenal and lasted a good while! They were beautifully arranged and cut properly.
For Valentine’s Day my boyfriend went in store to pick up roses on the 13th. When he gave them to me that night, all of them were wilted and one was already dead and missing many petals. The flowers looked like they had been hastily stuffed into the vase. Nonetheless, I was thankful for the flowers. He was not given any flower food either. And I don’t think I’ve ever been to a florist who does not give the little packs of flower food. I was sad that they were dying at such a fast pace so I took them out to rearrange them and cut the ends a little more. When I took them out and saw the bottoms. They looked like they had been plucked or ripped more than cut. Some of the leaves for the arrangement were also browned and ripped at the ends. He paid $91 for flowers that were dying by the evening and dead by the 15th at night. I am very disappointed by what he was given and sad that he spent so much money trying to surprise me, just to have them die.

The owner is so friendly and caring. Went in to order a casket spray for my aunt's funeral, and she was so helpful and sympathetic to us. The morning of the funeral, she came in with the spray and it was beautiful, she even added her own personal touch to it for free! She came up and talked with all of the family even offering her condolences to us which meant a lot. I will gladly recommend people to go to her shop for their floral arrangement needs!

This is a really special place, Marlena Did a fantastic job on an Arrangement I had ordered for my wife… At first I was unsatisfied with the original arrangement (Only because the flowers were out of season and wasn’t marlenas fault) and she went above and beyond to make me another one that totally topped the first and did more than I could have expected to make it right. I’m highly Impressed and satisfied with this business!
