All My Sons Moving & Storage

Horrible service! I was scheduled for an early 1st 8-10 window morning move. Movers showed you 9 hours later than scheduled! Once movers got to me and loaded the truck, they asked if they could go eat before they did the unload, while on the clock! No discounted rate offered. The office team is unprofessional and does not care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them at all!

Movers beware!

We had a crew from all my sons moving company scheduled for a move on Tuesday morning; arrival time 8-10. They meandered in at 10: 15 after calling me an hour before telling me they were eating breakfast. Once they finally arrived they proceeded to act very helpless and confused about the whole moving process. While one had multiple personal phone calls, smoked many cigarettes, held another unlit cigarette within his fingers the entire time, ate the rest of his breakfast, and took a wildly successful dump and then banged my children’s furniture into every storage unit on the way out charge me $914 but the invoice calculated to $565. I emailed for explanation; no response. In the end I was harassed to leave a tip. I didn’t know I had to tip since they are paid by the hour just like I am. All I can say if you don’t want to move furniture, don’t work in the furniture moving business. In the end I had everything unloaded in my garage because I certainly wasn’t allowing them in my new home. Movers beware!

I would not recommend this company. They damaged multiple items during this move. We did not pay for upgraded movers insurance as we felt we didn’t need it. It was a move to another town in the St Louis area within a 20 min drive.

The movers smelled of weed and one of them got confused on which house was the intended location to deliver our furniture. This ended up with our neighbors calling the police thinking that someone attempted a home invasion.

When filing a claim they agreed to a settlement amount and then refused to pay the agreed to amount. We had to get the better business bureau involved to get it resolved.

Byron Carter and his partner were absolutely awesome! They both worked so hard to get this move completed efficiently. I would recommend Byron and his partner (sorry forgot his name) to anyone I know moving. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to leave a tip when paying for the service. Wish I would have have known that prior to my my move. Great job guys! That's for all your effort today!

The guys showed up and got my stuff loaded up quickly and professionally. They were courteous and quick. Great service. Thank you Stephen Roy.

The service was amazingly done by Steve, Walter, and Jamal. They all were very professional, and took care of all of our requests and needs!

Muntasir Sallaheldean and All My Sons were amazing! They got me on their schedule last minute and helped me and my 11 year old son move our entire condo in one afternoon! This is the only company I’d ever use!

I enjoyed all the young men who came to help. They were all very kind, engaging and helpful. They responded to questions without the hint of irritation and worked with us under some strained circumstances. I want to give a shout out to Jesse Watson, team lead and each one of the other wonderful young men: Tony Brown, Blacc, Charles Perkins, Dorian Spencer and Doug Smith.

Terrence and his team moved my belongings from a 2nd story apartment to a 3rd story without an elevator. They were champs, super nice, and quick.

They quoted me on the phone for one price. Then when they got my furniture on the truck, they quoted me. Told me a totally different price and speak to somebody in the office. Very rude, not professional at all.

My aunt and uncle hired this company to move their stuff from Lemay to cedar hill. Not only did they not do what they were paided to do the went though their boxed belongs they tossed their boxes marked fragile their broke items and were extremely disrespectful talking about my aunt and uncle without concern of being over heard which they were. I have never had such a unpleasant unbelievably disappointed experience with a company that in all aspects seems to be professional. I won't not recommend or ever use this company again.

The team showed up on time and jumped right to work! We lived in a 3rd floor apartment and they rocked the stairs!

I’m an older woman and needed a moving company, I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for this one. They were so professional and made sure to ask questions before doing anything, they didn’t rush the job they did everything carefully and respectful. I will recommend them to others. Thank you

Paid over 900$ for a job that wasn't completed. They were supposed to call me 15 minutes before the job was completed so that I could get back to the property. No phone calls were made. They were outside just doing nothing. God only knows how much money I paid them for doing nothing. They apparently wouldn't pack our bathroom because it was unsanitary, there were only a few fruit flies. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOUR WALLET. They literally left my front door wide open. There was no communication no nothing! They "claim" they called me 12 times, NO ONE CALLED ME AT ALL. My phone has no record of any calls made to my phone. Never hiring this company again! THEY WERE Incredibly rude on the phone and won't do anything to resolve the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Joseph and his team did a great job. They were prompt, helpful and careful with our furniture!

My 73 year old grandmother hired this company to try to help her move furniture in her house - not only did they not bother showing up in the scheduled time, they did not bother calling her to let her know, and when she called them, they rescheduled for the following weekend, and AGAIN did not show up or notify her about anything. All communication has had to be on her end, calling them.

After the final (5th!) time rescheduling and not showing up, she called me in tears and I had to leave work early and drive an hour+ to move the furniture up a flight of stairs on my own. Thanks for making an elderly woman cry and making me waste my day doing something she literally already paid a deposit for (that hasn't been refunded yet, btw).

Professional crew and booking with Derek made everything so easy and he was very informative. I will definitely use this company again.
