Wow! What a relaxing experience! Amy gave me a full set gel with design. I love how she took her time, she even asked me my name! Personalizing the experiences is what makes for a good business. At the end of the appointment they gave me a rewards card and a lotion as a holiday gift! Too sweet will come back again for sure!

On my quest to find the best nail tech in Kansas City north, I went to all nails and spa, and had Lee as my nail tech. She did a very good job. As with most of these nail places, they try to upcharge you for every little thing. I used to be a nail tech so I can take my nails down and shape them and I saved, five dollars by doing that. Plus they charge you $11 for gel polish which I don’t even like. So I do my own polish at home and I paid $27 to get my acrylic nails filled. That is the best price I found.

Most friendly staff. I’ve been going there for 25 years. I sent my daughters and granddaughters there and that is their go to nail salon also

Susan always gets me together! I've been coming here since 2021 and I haven't went anywhere else since! She pays great attention to detail and ensures lasting quality work from eyebrows, nails, and feet!

Very very Rude gentleman. (never seen before). Said the past owner was gone! Tried to charge me 58.00 for a fill 23.00 more than 2 weeks ago then he explained in a very rude manner that all prices will b going up and they are the cheapest in the city and not making enough! I have no problem paying more but please don’t talk down to your customers. I was totally in shock! Never has anyone in this salon been rude or mean! I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and never had an experience like this! So disappointed in my service today. Very uncomfortable atmosphere! He also criticized one of the sweet ladies in front of customers! Felt bad for her!
You might rethink your approach with customers or you won’t have any!

This is the best place to get pedicures or manicures. Everyone is so friendly and they really care about their customers.

Been a customer for years. I stopped going to this salon due to the comments the owner would make just to make a funny. I sipped going and recently returned because I’ve never had anyone form my nails the way that Susan does. Recently I went In on a day she wasn’t there and the owner insisted I let someone else do my nails. I told him and the tech that the acrylic they were using was wrong. He then promised me and even made a phone call and said the acrylic will blend and match after 3 date. It’s 11 days later and my nails still look like trash. I will never return this time. I notified them and no refund was offered. They lied and rushed a job. Money hungry.

Update: This salon is under new management and the new owner contacted me personally to address this situation. I went in for my nails to be fixed and they did just that. I am very satisfied with the new management team and looking forward to continuing business with them. Updated photo at the attached.
