14Got me in quick and was very professional. I came in with alot of pain. Left with alot of pain and pain meds did not work
My cleaning was easy & gentle. BUT I was supposed to get my retainer and it wasn't there, they don't know where it is. I am way past due, it should be there waiting for me! I'm not a happy customer.
Everyone on staff is amazing! They make me feel comfortable and they are supportive and nonjudgmental always! Dr T is so good!
I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in and examine my tooth and how quick I will be.returning to get a root canal done. I appreciate the staff and doctor, their friendliness, care and concern
We made an appointment months in advance. We arrived at the apt to be told that it was canceled. We were not notified. They called the wrong person to let them know. They squeezed us in later that day. We show up for the new apt to then wait 45 to be seen by an assistant. Takes a few X-rays and takes us to a room. Then we wait another 35 mins to be seen. Nobody ever came so we ended up leaving. We will not be back. This is not the first time we have received poor service here.
I love this place Dr. Tonlaar and her staff are amazing. Over the 2 years I've been coming here she's and Her staff have built a great amount of trust in our Dr. /Patient relationship. She will be honest with you and she will listen to you. My oldest has a lot of dental anxiety and Dr. Tonlaar is the only dentist he trusts to work on him.
Scheduled an appointment 4 months ago to have my daughter's teeth cleaned. She was there for nearly 2 hours, got an expensive x-ray taken and pictures that she said hurt her mouth, but they did NOT actually clean her teeth. Very disappointed that I scheduled an appointment months ago for a cleaning and they were not able to do the one thing she came in for, under the premise that "new customers take longer to establish. ". Never in my nearly half a century of dental visits have I not been able to have my teeth cleaned during an initial visit, especially if that is the appointment I scheduled.
I am very disappointed with the honesty of businesses these days. I am a hard-working person who pays good insurance premiums, and I am tired of dentists trying to make money off of me. My son recently went to a dentist for a cleaning, and they failed to ask or check if he had had any dental work in the past. This resulted in me paying for expensive X-rays that were not needed.
I am very upset that a simple cleaning is going to cost me so much when I have insurance to cover it. I am sure that there are other people who feel the same way. I urge businesses to be more honest with their customers.
Here are some specific suggestions on how the dentist could have been more honest:
The dentist could have asked the patient about their dental history, including any recent X-rays.
The dentist could have explained the costs of the X-rays and other procedures before the patient agreed to them.
The dentist could have offered the patient a discount on the X-rays if they were not necessary.
The dentist could have told the patient that they could get the X-rays done at a lower cost at another dentist.
I hope that this review will help other people avoid the same experience.
Worthless dentist didn't do a thing for my wife yet still thank it's fine to charge a ridiculous amount to pull a tooth and not only that but charge a 100 just to walk in and see u y'all are so full of your selves it ain't funny u deserve no stars and are just a bunch of over priced liars -10 stars
From start to finish an excellent visit! Thank you Heather, Adria, and Angela. I highly recommend All Smiles Dental.
We we're so thankful they were able to get my mom in right away. The entire staff from reception when we first called to the very patient reception right thru to cheerful dental assistants and especially to Dr Tonlaar all of who were extremely caring and above all very compassionate with my mom's care. We look forward to a long relationship with this office and I myself and planning to be a client there for my dental care. I would recommend anybody young or older to check into this office. You'll be so glad you did.
Everyone is so nice and very friendly. Great customer service, that offer options for your dental care and understanding of financial difficulties and willing to work with you. Front desk ladies are amazing and the best faces to see and will make your day!
Mom, had a abscess tooth. It has been hurting her for three days. I was able to get an appointment for her right away. They were understanding, and very good with her. They treated us like family, we were in and out in what seemed to be a few minutes. So great full for all their help, and a big thanks to the receptionist for her kind wards. Thanks again

I love my hygienist and the staff but I've had horrible experiences since Dr. Kean died.
Not a fan of the new dentist and her practices.
Then, after I paid nearly a month's salary for a bridge prep that took 3 visits to get right. Pain, a full day of work lost. I paid my bill and asked for a partial refund for ALL the issues and even an unethical event. Instead of a partial refund, they asked for More money after the appointment. I asked them to waive at least that for my trouble. Nope. Just keep sending the bill. Their customer service is poor.
It's unfortunate with so few options in the area.
