19Dorian was awesome! He was upfront about everything, cool, professional, and didn't pressure us. He guided us through the vehicle purchase so easy. Would definitely recommend this dealership. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased at the dealership, everything the team has been above the rest.
I flew across the country to purchase a new Ram 2500 from Renell Couzart. Renell called me many times and patiently listened to me and kept things moving forward. He put together a great deal for me. I decided it was well worth the time and money to come meet Renell and pick up my new truck. It was a great buying experience. Renell and the All Star team were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Terrible, I purchase a 2018 kia Rio and my motor and Cadillac converter went out. They did switch manufacture warranty over and my name, so kia want replace it due to warranty being and previous owner name. I'm currently upside down on my car note. I can never get anyone to return my call and when I talk to someone a finance department, he was basically saying it's not on them. But I am currently contacting an attorney and Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.
Katie (I think she was a manager) was so friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of vehicles and wonderful customer service!

Went looking for a new car and got great assistance and wasn’t overwhelmed by staff. Dorian was a big help in finding a car for me.
I went to All Star because they had a specific vehicle that I have been wanting. Chaz and Jeff were both very helpful in getting the vehicle I wanted and expediting the process! They were very quick and efficient in getting any information that we needed and clarified any questions we had!
I waited two weeks for an appointment. Arrived at 7: 30am as scheduled. Called the dealership for and update on my car repair services all morning. No one in the Jeep Service area ever answered, so I left my name and number to be called back. Never received a call back. I got my neighbor to take me back to All Star at 2: 30pm. The repairs had not even began. The service technician said, aren't you going to leave your car overnight? I said no, I need my transportation and I took my car from the dealership. I do not recommend anyone to take their car in for service. They could have at least talked to me over the phone about what I could expect, but they answered the phone and never call me back. A whole day wasted on All Star Dodge Chrysler Service Dept! Terrific service.
Never take your car here to get fixed! I brought my car from them back in 2018 so when I need maintenance I usually take back here. A few weeks ago my jeep started making a weird roaring noise so I took it in to see what was going on. They told me I needed over 2000.00 worth of work for some mounts, went and picked my car up and took it to a different shop for a second opinion. I told them what all star told me. After them looking into it things that all star told me was wrong with my car, they told me the mounts didn't need to be replace and was still in good condition. The part that needed to be replaced costed me only $220.00. So I will never take my car here ever again. I paid 240.00 basically for them to tell me a lie about what was wrong with my car.
Update: So I had a nice talk with the service department manager by the name of Chris who insured me that they have handled the situation and that he is sorry about what happened and that's not the look this shop is looking to have. I have never had a problem before this one and but it did put a bad taste in my mouth. He refunded me my money for the diagnostic which I greatly appreciated. That was a awesome business move and makes me a little more comfortable to give them another chance because they understood my concerns and took care of it.
Ryan Hoyer really knows his stuff, he went over and beyond with helping me with parts and he information for my Jeep Wrangler.
Tammy & Danielle were very helpful my first time here getting my oil change. Very friendly & informative. I will be back!

Probably the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a car dealership in my life. My salesman Chaz was on his game. Left with the car I wanted in about 2 hours.
Cydne was great. She found the plug adapter for the re-engineered part so I could finish my window regulator replacement. Great customer service.
