Guard was unkept and unprofessional. We had a problem with the University Plaza guard, Matt, who is on a power struggle and obviously hasn't had a lot going on for him in life.so needs to take it out on others. He did such a horrible job, we had to contact management at University Plaza to complain.

They need to update the right location address. We end up driving for 10 minutes looking and calling them.

Lacks professional appearance and attitude. Guards look homeless and obese. Rude and think they a police officer. Highly recommend any other security company
