Alli's Family Restaurant, Springfield MO

I was not impressed. I literally almost up to the bathroom floor, the food was so so, I got a cheeseburger in the bun fell apart cuz it's like week old it seem like. I doubt if I go back.

Nope. The people try hard and the food wasn't bad but the whole place is gross. Floaters in our water. Towels we had to step over on the floor from a wet clean up were there the whole time. Broken chairs. A customer brought a lap dog into a booth. DO NOT use the restroom. Trust me. The nicest thing is we didn't get sick!

Burgers were pretty much burnt. My mom had paper on her burger that goes between the patties when frozen. The restroom was beyond filthy. No 4.4 stars here.won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was good, I was just a little disappointed cause they didn't have those big rolls anymore, or any rolls for that matter butt otherwise it was great

Building is dilapidated, but food was very good! Portions were very large and prices reasonable. Waitress very friendly. If in a newer building and nicer menus (not content, but presentation) would be excellent!

Has very poor management and the building is not very well taken care of, the food is amazing and well priced for the portions

This diner is a hidden gem. The guy who greeted and sat us, may have been German, was the sweetest and very friendly. He had a smile on his face with every customer he spoke to. The waitress was also friendly but maybe a little forgetful. The food was really good, generous portion sizes, especially considering the low price to feed my family of four. I was genuinely surprised how great their coffee was. Usually dinners coffee is a bit too strong or taste old by 1 or 2pm, but this place had great coffee. It's only a few miles from the airport, so I will definitely be stopping again when we have family in town.

This place brings back memories to the old school coffee shops I used to visit with my gramps exept for no smoking now, ordered the steak tips with mushrooms and eggs with home potatoes and it was great and plenty really loved the food and the old school feel of this place as well as the peacan pie will come in again if in the area and strongly recommend yougive them a try.

Food was good. Restaurant was under staffed. We ordered via phone, a carry out order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the lady running the front end was obviously stressed out and having a bad night. We were told on the phone to allow 25 minutes, after 50 minutes, the waitress asked for my name, an my order was sitting on the counter, since I arrived.

We stopped here for brunch with our family group on the way to Branson. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children around 10. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was very good. The price was unbelievable.about $60 for all of us to eat. I would go back when in the area again. I didn't take pictures.sorry.

Wonderful food! The restaurant itself could use some cleaning but other than that we loved it here. Sometimes what looks like a hole the wall place is really good!

Loved the food, the prices to food portions was definitely a favorite (more food for less). The food was also amazing and the chef is really nice, (she makes everything, including the sauces) the waitress, a nice older lady, had no complaints about taking our order (we sat at the back of the restaurant), even though the other waitresses did. So we definitely appreciated her hospitality and warm personality, it made us feel like we were eating a meal at my mom's house. She was a great conversationalist and, besides the food, is the reason I'd go back there because she made our experience that much better. The owner could definitely do with learning about hospitality from her and actually talking to his female customers (he only looked at and responded to my husband, didn't even acknowledge me) he was also very short and it seemed like we were making him go out of his way when we went to pay for our food while he was talking to his friends. This is just my experience of course.

Don't let the looks deceive you. The food here is great with ample portions at a very reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place to eat!

Nothing bad to say about their food. I am disabled and have to have it delivered but I have never had any bad experience. The food is absolutely fantastic and the portions are HUGE. Always stuffed afterwards. Never had a bad meal.

I've had bad meals before! But this one was disgusting! I ordered the lasagna, and I think it was made by a elementary school kid.
Layers of noodles no sauce then a mountain of sauce on top.
I enjoy little local places, but I won't return to this one!

Got the country fried steak, which came with an entire entree sized plate of fries. Food was awesome, waitress was -awesome-.

Was completely amazed by how cheap and good the food was. The service was amazing as well with portions that will definitely make sure you take some with you.

I knew the minute I walked the food was going to be great, this little dive had everything and service was amazing. I recommend the steak sandwich.

Food is great. I've been here a few times and they haven't disappointed yet. It did seem like they only had one lady waiting tables for the entire restaurant when we went this last time, which was kind of annoying, but she was as nice as could be and managed to stay on top of everything despite it being relatively busy. Would've been 5 stars, but the restroom was kinda gross this time.
