For the short time I’ve been with this Credit Union I can honestly say they Deliver! From speaking to someone on the phone or going into the Credit Union everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ve haven’t experienced this from any bank in a long time. This has been my bank for almost 5 years. To be honest it’s an overall pretty cool bank, but the only thing is their workers stay with bad attitudes.nobody hardly greets you with a smile. They are all usually staring at you with a frowns on their faces. Hopefully their customers service improves asap

Horrible bank. Atms don't work as good as other bank atms. They don't have many locations. You pay to park going to the downtown, St. Louis Location.

The banking staff is very professional and patient in assisting with new banking products.

I live far away. I find myself having to drive constantly to speak to someone because they NEVER answer the phone. Some rude employees and some great ones.

They offer "Tailor Made Checking" which covers some ATM fees and pays us for when we don't use ATMs. They have great offers for auto financing which we have been very pleased with. Their facilities offer notary service and are always clean and pleasant. We have banked with them for over 25 years and highly recommend Alltru Credit Union!

I’ve had an account here since 2010 and this is by far the BEST credit union in St. Louis. The tellers are friendly and the have the best customer service around. Wait times can get a little long if you’re calling in, but if you leave a callback number they get back to you relatively quick. High recommend opening an account.

Alltru is an awesome credit union. They make the banking experience easy with the various mobile features they provide through their mobile app. You also cannot beat their high yield savings account compared to the low rates that other financial institutions provide. And lastly, perks like cash back on ATM fees and their customer service are things that make banking with Alltru worth while. Highly recommend being a member of their credit union.
