Altair At The Preserve, O'Fallon MO

Just moved in to Altair last week and I love it! The amenities are none like any other complex in the area. My apartment is spacious and brand new. I look forward to making this place home for awhile.

Moved into phase II and having nothing but great things to say. Staff was very helpful throughout the process and very responsive. The apartment is spacious and feels more like a home than an apartment. Altair has numerous amenities available for residents. Highly recommend Altair to anyone.

I have only left one review in my life on Google so when I go to leave one, as I am now, it has to be for a good reason; of which I have. Simply put, my wife and I love this place. We first moved in back in 2019 after we had moved to the area as a newly wed couple. The experience to get in was smooth and we felt very welcome here. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and the apartments are just beautifully laid out and built. We ended up not renewing our lease after that first year as we had an offer accepted on a house and were getting ready to be new homeowners! Unfortunately, it fell through, and after various issues and for different reasons we had to move two more times sense then to various apartments. Non of them have compared to Altair and now, after a few years of being away, we’re home! We’re in a bigger apartment than before as we now have two daughters and the changes and layout make it feel as homey as an apartment could possibly be. Thank you Bristina and all involved for providing and maintaining a wonderful place to live.

We absolutely love it here! We met both Bristina and Kate, who by the way are fantastic and we couldn't have asked for better property management. Very professional, kind and very nice. Our 2 beds, 2 bath apartment is so spacious and nothing like we have ever had before. All of the interior and exterior are very professional so classy. We can't brag enough to our friends and family about the amazing amenities, from the 24-hour gym, pool, clubhouse, grills, etc. I personally am very surprised at all of the fun activities they do as well from Easter Egg hunts for adults, children and pets! Residents' appreciation week, pool party, annual spring party and even a patio decorating contest which we won 2nd place and received Air pods! Amazing gifts as well. We absolutely love living here and so much that we signed a 3-year lease:)

We love the many thoughtful amenities, spacious kitchens, high ceilings and modern bathrooms. Our large patio is an extension of our home. They host great events to make it a community. I have felt safe and cared for here. By far the best luxury apartment complex in the area.

New grad, first apartment in a brand-new place, and I have nothing but good things to say! Asst. Property Manager Kate Deffendall has been incredibly helpful through the entire process, from touring to random inquiries after move in. The place is very quiet and well-kept, but near many things being off the highway. The staff is extremely responsive, more than anywhere else I've even been. Best place to live in the area!

I've lived at Altair for almost two years now and have had nothing but great experiences here! The amenities are great and the community is beautiful. Kate Defendall has helped me every since the beginning when I was looking for a 1bed to now as I'm looking to move into a 2bed! She is great and always quick to respond. Kate is the BEST!

Kate at Altair it’s by far the best property manager I have had the opportunity to work with. The day we came in to tour the apartments She was very friendly and welcoming.
She has always been accommodating with any property needs, and is prompt with responses to any questions or concerns I have ever had.

Hello, I just wanted to leave a quick review for this facility. Bristy and her staff were simply awesome to work with and went above to provide great customer service as I transition to moving in. It's a beautiful facility with some amazing amenities and I think its show by the fact there is part 2 being built.

This place is well manicured and so nicely maintained. Whoever is responsible for the outside appearance really takes pride in their work.

I have been living at Altair for almost a year now and I love it. The apartments are very modern with great kitchen layout and spacious balconies with view on the property (one of my favorites). There are some great amenities and the property is always well kept. Kate and Bristina are super friendly and has made it a seamless experience from the beginning. Whenever I have an issue or a question, they are quick to respond. Another favorite is the events they put together throughout the year. Being new to the area, those events were a great way to meet new people.

When we decided to rent while waiting for our new home to be built, we prepared ourselves for suffering, but our time here was wonderful. The finishes are beautiful, staff is friendly and maintenance is quick. No complaints!

Beautifully designed luxury apartments and a truly impressive outdoor space. The employees that I’ve met have all been very kind and eager to help. I definitely recommend!
