I had an awful experience. I dropped off my wedding dress and was pinned for alterations in March. I get a call to come back for a second fitting in May, I drive the 3 hours there, my dress had not been worked on. So I shopped around and came back at close like they said. I came back for my final fitting today, it was said to have been done yesterday. When I got there this morning, they had not even started on my dress and said that there was nothing they could do. After talking for a little bit, I came back at closing time to pick up my dress. Only 1 of the 4 alterations were done. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received. I would NOT recommend to anyone. Also, 3 customers in front of me had orders and had either been waiting for 4+ months or the order was done incorrectly. Find somewhere else for your alterations!

EDIT: to add to this review, my mothers outfit was altered way too small. She was pinned for alterations multiple times.

I like that they are friendly and knowledgeable; the workmanship is quality. My only gripe is that they dont communicate their completion dates well. I went in to get my stuff last time thinking i was 4 days late to get it only to find it wasnt done yet. I dont even mind that it took longer, but they gave me no indication beforehand that it may not be ready by the date promised, nor did they let me know it was going to be late, so i wasted a trip there only to find id have to back another time.

I have had many items altered here and they do an amazing job! They have taken dress shirts in and they fit like a fully tailored shirt now.

Terrible experience! Dropped off clothing three months in advance and they never even started our alterations. Didn’t alter to our request, unprofessional, and rude service.

Karen is wonderful! She was able to see me last min, fix my suit which then fit great, she was super responsive and helpful! It was done quick and at a fair price!

My bridesmaid dress was done on time and it fit like a glove! I was told the price upfront and the measurements were accurate! I also received a phone call once my order was done so I was kept informed until pick up. This place was recommended by a friend and I’m so happy I went!
P. S. I did go right when I realized my dress was going to need alterations. That is key. Don’t wait or put it off till last minute.

I dropped off a pair of pants to be taken out in the waist and asked for them to be done within a few days. The lady reassured us that she could have it done within a week but would try to have it done in a few days. My wife went back three weeks later because we didn’t hear anything and was told they weren’t done after taking 30 minutes to find them in the first place. Finally they were completed and when I went back to get them I asked what happened and she said she had written down to have done in 4 weeks, not express but you can see where the due date had been scribbled out and rewritten, and that they have been booked out 4 weeks all year. She never said they were booked out 4 weeks when we dropped them off. We still paid but we will never return! If I could give zero stars I would, they weren’t even clean when we picked them up, but they were clean when we dropped them off!

My dress was not a rush order. It was for a special occasion.
I showed up on the pick up date and it wasn’t started. Promised the next day, I said no problem, stopped in next day, not done… showed up on the day of event, not started. I politely took the dress with me. No alterations.
Very nice owners.but you should not over commit.
It’s a VERY big deal not to have an outfit ready when the customer is counting on it.
Take on only what you can work on…. It will benefit you more in the long run.

Dropped off materials in august for pillows to be made for a baby shower that is tomorrow (oct 30th). Was given a due date of September 2. I’ve been promised weekly since September 20th that they would be done the following week. Then promised one final time that I’d be able to pick them up today, the day before the baby shower. No phone call, no answer, no baby shower gift. The materials I took are not replaceable so hoping that I’m able to get them back and try else where. Either way I’ll be lacking a baby shower gift. And I’ll make sure to never use alterations unlimited again

On April 24,2022. I took my wedding dress with two baskets, a navy velvet pillow I purchased to be the ring bearers pillow, and asked Karen if she could dress up the baskets with my wedding dress. Take some appliqué off my wedding dress and attach to the pillow (as the colors of my daughters wedding is NAVY, pink and gold). And to make four garters 2 for my daughter and 2 for my future daughter in law. When I first gave it to her she said it would be done May 24th. I called then, it was not done. I called practically every week (or every other week) "not done". Finally, AUGUST 10th I called and said that I was going out of town I HAD to have it by Friday the 12th. She said, "Ok" and she proceeded to ask me if I wanted a color ribbon on the garters. I said, "yes, navy please. Her colors are navy pink and gold. " When I picked up the items (AFTER FOUR MONTH). The pillow was completely covered with just two strips of navy left! WHAT? !? ! I specifically bought it for the navy color, just wanted appliqué! AND.she used light blue ribbon on the garters, after just asking me TWO DAYS ago what color I wanted and told her navy!
If you are too busy to get the work done in the time frame you say.don't take the work! Also, if you aren't going to listen to what the customer wants and asks for. DON'T TAKE THE WORK! I am completely disappointed in the experience with this business and will not go back! I just hope to have time to get the garters redone.yes, I already paid for them to be done incorrectly by Karen because I was just so done with her and her business!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This lady was not only unprofessional she was rude and lied about work done. She charged us for adding material but did nothing to the dress. And she refused to answer questiins saying she was tge only person there and waited until four days before the weddin. She was hatefula dj ridiculous. This is aweful.

I’d like to start off by saying why take my measurements if you’re not going to follow them? I dropped off a pair of overalls and not only did it take well over a month to get them back, but when I showed up to get them they still weren’t fitted. When I was getting measured the lady stated that they would take in from the back instead of the sides as it’s “easier and less work”. Its almost like nothing had been done. After finally getting a call that they were ready I walked in only to have fingers shoved in my face and to be cut off before I could even ask about my pickup. When I finally got service I asked if I could try them on before leaving and they made it seem like I was being an inconvenience. I wasn’t going to wait another month for poor service and wasted money so I left, took them home, and fixed them myself. I’m no seamstress but I was able to take them in and hand stitch them up in less than a day. Even if you have zero sewing skills I’d still recommend you do yourself.

Karen helped me out during my visit today. She was so sweet and just absolutely lovely. Plus her selection of wedding dresses are incredible. Definitely check this place out.

If you need leather repairs, this is the place. We have a very nice red leather couch and loveseat that's getting a few spots that needed repair/replacement, the very nice staff hand selected a perfect matching piece of red leather and made factory-like repairs. No need to seek out alternatives, trust your work to these professionals.

This isn't a complete review.because I haven't received the items I took in to have altered. My ticket said my items would be ready on the 18th.so I drove plum across the entire city.only to find out they just started working on my order and was told they would try to have them finished by the end of the day. I would think if my company was that busy. I'd get more help to better serve my business and clientele.

I took my wedding dress here and it needed quite a few alterations. They worked with my busy work schedule and were able to get them done. The dress looks and fits amazing! The staff were always super nice, and the price is incredibly affordable!

Came recommended. Quality of work was excellent. Two stars because she can’t manage her time at all. Two weeks past due, no communication with customers. Terrible experience. Also can’t do math.
