Amazin Asian LLC, Springfield MO

Me, my mom and my step dad went there. The pop stickers in the Crab ragoons was good, but the actual food was nasty, They don't give you a lot, and we will never go back again.

The staff here was amazing! My waitress did a phenomenal job of serving us. I watched a couple come in and look for a buffet. My waitress heard them talking and directed them to a different location and gave them directions. The food was some of the best Asian food I've had.

Great Crab Rangoon and noodles and I even forgot my wallet at the restaurant and they tried calling me to let me know. Awesome customer service and food 10/10 would go again.

Waiter was not able to communicate clearly in English. He also did not know the specials of the day. (They were on a board for all to see.) He did not now there were options to choose from, so this confused him. Our orders were incorrect. Fried food tasted as if it was fried in OLD oil. Crab rangoon was OK, but see comment on oil. This input is from 6 of us. I do not understand how it was rated #1 in Springfield.

Super impressed with the quality of the meat and veggies. And everything fried is deliciously flakey. Best fried dumplings ive ever had.

The food was good but average in comparison to other Asian eateries. When we walked in the first thing I saw was a big dog! My guest was not happy to see that when we walked in. I guess that's not totally the owner's fault.

My go to for Chinese and Vietnamese food. The pho (P2) is amazing! As a family my wife loves to Hofun (HS2) and my daughter loves the Orange Chicken and noodles! Kong exceeds our expectations every single time!

I love the General chicken. In a town that overplays cashew chicken it’s hard to find general chicken and it’s the best in Springfield. I’m really not sure which is more Amazin the food or the friendly staff. They really treat you well

Good food but you cannot call in an order. The phone line does not work. So use Hong Kong Inn if you want a pickup order.

I got Kung Pao Beef and Ginger Chicken and they were both amazing! Their sauces really seem less oily, salty and sweet than a lot of places around here. I definitely appreciate loads of flavor and seemingly more healthy at the same time. The fresh pineapple in the Kung pao beef was such a nice touch! Great portions for the price.

Great service! The way she doted on my two little boys made my heart swell. We will definitely be back soon!

We've been there twice. The first time was really good, which prompted us to return the next time we were in town together. This time, however, (being our second visit ever) the experience was far from great. The server greeted us and took our order promptly and got us our drinks. The food took over 30 minutes and it was hot, but tasted average. We finished our meal and my wife went to the counter to pay as I started my way to the car. I thought I heard the owner say the bill was $27ish and I thought that sounded a little high for what we ordered Lg Schezuan Chicken and a Regular Beef and Broccoli, Sprite, and a water. I thought it should have been closer to $25. Thinking I miscalculated tax, i blew it off. When we got home my wife handed me my change.it was waaayy light. I asked her how much was the bill and she said $37ish. WTH? My plate was $12ish, hers was $9ish plus her $3 soda and my $0 water. $24ish and tax. No way tax was over $10. Never again will I go back.

Really great food, great service and good atmosphere. Our server was being funny with our little boy (10 months old) and was punctual on refilling our drinks. Would recommend to friends. Had a good dinner. -3 years ago

Today:
After 3 years from finding this amazing place, it's my go to spot for Chinese food. Lunch dates with my son are always great here. Quick, friendly and great service all around. Food is always 10/10!

I’ve eaten here at least one ️ or another time it was literally always amazing even on a date night occasion and did received very good service!

Due to the weather last night Amazin Asian had to close down early. We had an order out for delivery but they forgot to take down our phone number and we never got our food. Human errors happen. The next day I called back and they had refunded our money. The food is very authentic and always piping hot and cook to order. This will not deter me from ordering through them again. In my opinion best Chinese food in Springfield!

I had the Beef and broccoli. My husband had one of the most popular dishes. His was portioned for two people. Both dishes were very good.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
(I also called to give them the benefit of the doubt on what I'm explaining below and was responded to with no customer service just wanting to be argumentative with me) They don't value their customers.

1. I ordered bún bò xào xả $9.85
lemongrass beef on vermicelli with shredded lettuce, sliced carrots, sliced cucumber, mint and bean sprouts

I tasted zero lemongrass at all (owner said their sauce must not be strong enough for me?) The beef? Was gooey and chewy, no tenderness to it at all, almost like it was over coated in corn starch or something, it was all very over sauced for a Vietnamese lemongrass beef dish. Gross, took a couple bites and then tossed it.

2. I ordered Satay $7.35
Skewed grilled chicken served with peanut sauce

These were not marinated, the owner disagrees with me on this as well. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and have never seen satays like this. Just bland, dry white meat chicken on a skewer.

Overall this was my first visit, I gave them a chance to make it right and now I'll never return and here's the review for all to read.

This was a small clean restaurant. The food was amazing we had the daily specials and they were good. The potstickers and crab racoon were amazing The best I have had in a while
