I am a third-party carrier for Amazon Relay. I have never been treated so kindly by Amazon Fulfillment Center's staff. By far, my favorite Amazon to visit.
As like many of the other reviews have stated, Amazon (Berkeley) has a package that belongs to me, that is not an Amazon Order. UPS delivered my package to Amazon (I have no idea why) and it was signed for by: "Exavier" four days ago, and no one has attempted to deliver my package or return to UPS. An investigation has been opened per my request. Clearly the
employees lack integrity because too many people have experienced this same situation.
Truckers. Dropped off trailer. Trying to check out. Looks like guy in a guard shack even didn’t see me pulling in. Walked to the window and he’s watching his phone. To get his attention I had to knock the window so I can have thumbs up. Get flashlight, it’s hard to see these guys thumbs. Be creative like other facilities. Crazy lazy…
I seem to always have items never arrive when the location says Berkeley MO it just never comes.
Every single time I get an item from Berkeley, it gets “lost”… it’s ridiculous. Three items! Do better.
This is a horrible place to work for. Absolutely no mercy. They fired me because I took a picture of a clothing item that I liked in the returns at my station. Crazy! $16 an hour joke. I simply did not know that taking a picture was " the highest violation" I was only there 4 days, sheesh. At least they bought me new work shoes for my next job
