Literally took them my premium hoodies and a few black shirts. Everything came back still, dingy looking, faded and shrank. I don’t recommend using their services if you have clothing that you care about. This was my first and my last time every using their services. Ruined all my Supreme hoodies and t-shirts. Wish I could list 0 stars.

Prompt service and was easy to navigate. I dropped off 2 dresses to be pressed for $11, pickup next day. There is a huge parking lot which is helpful.

I dropped off a sweatshirt that had a cuff seam that needed to be sewn. I was told $6.50 and it was also written on my receipt that way. Bill asked if that price was okay when I dropped it off and I agreed. When I picked it up, the total was $15.50 and the lady who manages the place lectured me and explained that they don’t know the price before they send it out for repair. She was rude and acted like I was the one who was supposed to be training her employees. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

They were able to get a particularly hard stain out. Everything was ready on the day they quoted. The price appears to be reasonable. I will be using this place from hear on out.

Promised same day service when I dropped off my shirts and that someone would call me when they were ready. Never received a call that day or the next morning. When I asked what happened they just blew me off and didn't seem to care.

They really came through I needed two suit cleaned in 24 hours for a wedding and they had them ready the next morning. Friendly environment the ladies are great thanks for the tangerine

Bad service, bad smell and not cleaning. I will never come back again and high recommend not come here for the services and workers here.

Took my winter coats and blouses to be cleaned. I knew the trench coats had water spots when I took them there but had water spots when I picked my coats up. Blouse still had stains on my blouse. I had to point all of this out to the manager. Usually get good service from American Cleaners.no short cut. Please clean the customers clothes properly, we do pay for the service.

I found this be the most affordable cleaners in the area for my wedding dress. The natural red of my flowers bled onto my dress in 3 locations and I was amazed that the cleaners were able to remove the stains.

Took my Uniform here to get some military creases. Explained that I need 2 in the front and 3 in the back. Typical request and they said they do them. Got home from picking it up, no creases in the shirt whatsoever. I don't recommend this place to any officers or military members.

Love this place. Always professional, clothes always come out nice and just the way I asked for them.

I came into American Cleaners on a Wednesday just before closing because I'd gotten a last minute job interview the following afternoon.

I spoke to Grace and she assured me that I would get my clothes back with plenty of time to spare and they delivered! I cannot recommend them enough; five stars aren't enough for the prompt, professional and friendly care I received.

They'll be my go-to dry cleaner going forward.
