16 Almost 3 years with them and not one issue. Great price on the dumpster we needed, the collectors are always nice, and customer service is the best I've encountered with any trash company. Keep it up!

This is the 3rd time IN A ROW my trash has not been picked up. I set my trash out the night before trash day and yet again they pick up everyone on my street but ours. Our bill is paid in full. I have to call them yet again to come back and pick ours up. The trash man clearly picks up the neighbor across the street and next to us who I know for a fact uses the same service as me. However, they are always extremely nice and apologetic when we call.
Love this company! BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN TH 40 YEARS WE HAVE LIVED HERE. Bryan is the bomb.
Have been a customer for almost 10 months and have had no issues until recently. We paid the additional fee to get our trash picked up two times in one week. Our trash was out the night before and it wasn’t picked up. When I called to inquire why this wasn’t done, I was told the driver said my trash was not out which was completely untrue. My neighbors across the street had their trash emptied but why not mine? I asked for a credit to my account and was told the office manager would call me back to approve that and I still haven’t had a call back almost a week later. I understand they’re understaffed and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable but to take my money for a service they didn’t provide and not even attempt to make it right is indicative of why they are having trouble keeping employees. Disappointed to say the least

My family’s schedule has gotten extremely hectic lately, and we forgot to take the bin the curb. My husband and I both realized we forgot to take the trash out. I got home from work, and our trash had been take to the curb and emptied. I asked my husband if he was sure he didn’t take it to the curb? We checked our ring doorbell, and saw that the employees had taken it upon themselves to do it. It renewed my faith in humanity.
Excellent & courteous service. Every driver has taken the time to make sure my trash can is replaced onto the driveway after trash removal. Their “service attitude” is noticed & appreciated.
Put 4 pieces of tile in my trash can they refused to pick it so were more willing to cancel than actually do thier job horrible customer service,
They did not pick up my trash last week. They did not credit the 4.50 they charged me for no service. Poor customer service on this 1 time non service. I had my trash out prior to pick up day. The driver said it was not out. He is a liar, bad business to imply you did not put your trash out when you did. I will make sure the owners Bryan and Michale know the credit was not done to my satisfaction
All around great service! They arrived earlier than normal and walked up the driveway to get the can. Such a wonderful company and fabulous customer service. Thank you for being outstanding!
We were on Winter Park drive in Fenton on Monday and your trash service was doing its rounds. Those were the most exuberant trash workers we have ever seen. They literally run from one house to the next. Our son says they always work like that. Make sure and tell them their work ethic is appreciated.
Been on hold for over 35 minutes now. Someone answered and then transferred me while I was in the middle of talking to them, then went straight to a voicemail. I wasn’t in the mood to talk with a voicemail when I thought I would be talking with a person after waiting for 35 minutes.
Trash pickup is Wednesday, we had a bunch of snow and our road isn’t too easy during snow. They didn’t come, we left it out Thursday and still didn’t come. Friday we pulled the van back and omg if this man didn’t come up to my garage and grab it. What company EVER goes out of their way? They do! Will never switch. Over two years and not one single issue ever.
We have been a customer for about a year and a half and we have always been happy with their service. They have never missed a pick up, rates are beyond reasonable, employees are friendly and they have the best Christmas cards drawn by someone with a lot of talent! If you are with another company and considering switching give them a call!
We (my family) have been using American Eagle for a couple of months now and I have to say, we are quite pleased with the service. We had WM prior to switching, and I'm glad we did. When you think of a waste service, you think, can there really be any difference? Well, there is. I noticed right away but didn't think it was on purpose, but after they empty our bin, they always roll it up the driveway approach and place it on the first sidewalk block next to the driveway itself. And this is to give plenty of room to pull in the driveway without having to move it first. With WM, it would sometimes end up in the front yard, in the middle of the driveway, or sometimes be laying in the street in front of the driveway.
So all in all, I would definitely recommend this company
