Dr. Linda and staff are so helpful and understanding about hearing loss. Hearing test was used for updates on my hearing aids. Excellent service. I am blessed. Dr. Linda always listens to my anxieties and concerns. She is very reassuring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Linda has been my audiologist for several years. She's very professional and competent. She provides excellent service and patient care. I recently bought a new set of hearing aids from her and I'm very satisfied with their performance.

I have been going to American Hearing+Audiology for about 10 years and recently went in for an advisory session about my hearing with Dr. Engelmann. She answered my questions and gave me information my DO and an ENT did not give, regarding my hearing issues. Based on this I would recommend consulting with her regarding hearing aids, issues, etc. Due to her position and experience she would know what is best for you.

I visited Dr. Linda Engelmann this morning 10-30-2023 to help me for my hearing aid earmold left, and right. Doctor also helps me fixing both of my hearing aid This is the second time Dr. Engelmann help me with this because the fist one (long time ago look not nice). She knows what going on with my hearing aids and fixing both for me. I didn't go to any Audiologist because I know Doctor Engelmann is an expert about hearing, and suggested what do I need to do to hear better. My wife and I we are very grateful to Dr. Engelmann to help me for my hearing for too many years.

This is the best hearing facility in the northland. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I always feel that I am not just a client but part of the family.

A short wait after check in. Tested and explanation of hearing problems given. Also, shown and discussed options I had, Insurance info confirmed. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Office Manager and the Doctor. This was the first time meeting the doctor and she greeted me as though we were long time friends. You may want to check them out when you need treatment with your hearing or hearing aid.

So glad I went. They solved my problem quickly. My tech was friendly and knew what he was doing.

Frankly, I was not happy about getting hearing aids, and I didn't expect much help with my ability to hear with hearing aids. And I told Dr Linda that I didn't expect much from my visit judging from all the people I know who have hearing aids of all kinds over the years, and are disappointed in them. Her response to me was simply 'I won't stop until you are satisfied with the help we give you. She was kind enough NOT to make me eat my words. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and dedicated to helping you hear as good as you can. I am a proud owner of hearing aids that have made a difference in my hearing, in my quality of time. I totally recommend American Hearing + Audiology in Liberty, Mo. The hearing aids work, easy to work with, and you really don't know they are there
