5Renting a uhaul truck here was easy. Service was great and the owner made sure I had everything.
Dropped off my U-Haul before business hours and owner took it in even though I was early
I had a really good experience with the manager here. He was clearly a nice man and gave great service and took care of me. A+ work from him. ATT customers might have a bit of reception trouble here FYI.
Customer Service was friendly and professional, unfortunately the rental truck seemed to have some operational issues.
Rented a U-Haul car dolly that had worn out wheel bearings on both sides. Was unable to use the car dolly due too the issue. I called and informed their office shortly after it's rental, and also upon returning it to the business.
Wasn't offered a refund or a different car dolly to do the job even after I asked for one or the other. He just said that's how it is, it works!
