Took wifes machine in, she bought bobbin, could not get it to work, he showed her what she was doing wrong.

The show owner was quickly ready to help me. I showed him an embroidery hoop I had done some tension tests on and he immediately knew what was wrong. We pulled my sewing machine out and he was immediately able to tell me what was wrong and easily fixed the problem. He also taught me a couple of things and answered other questions I had. He didn’t charge me any thing for this and was very kind. I really appreciate his help! Silly me I was putting my bobbin in wrong after having taken a 6 month break from sewing.

Helped me diagnose my problem with my sewing machine and fix it; the needle was bad! I got a new needle and was on my way in about 15 minutes, if that. Amazing and knowledgeable service, he knew the problem just by listening to the machine and watching it sew a little bit.

They are a great little company that is in St. Charles, MO. I've been doing business with them over 14 years now. Always a pleasant experience. The owner wsits on customers personally and always has a great personality. Great selection of sewing, embroidery, and long arm threads, including the favorite Glide threads. My prize sewing machine was acting up. I remembered my daughter being so thrilled years ago finding a kind owner of a sewing machine repair store that came to her rescue. When I had an electrical problem with my prize sewing machine I was hoping I could experience that joy when my machine was repaired. However when I pulled up to the shop there was a sign in the window that they had moved. The nicest man told me they did not work on that brand. He offered another name of a store that might be able to help. Hopefully they will be able to help. But even if they can't, he was a delight and very kind and made my day. I would definitely recommend his store.

Took my wife there to get her sewing machine repaired. Meet soon as we entered, by owner who was with another customer. Everyone came in was greeted and very nice to all like Ole friends.
Less than ten minutes he found the issue, pointed out it was just wrong thread using, he stripped it out put in another and ran a long stich just perfectly.
Shop recently moved down the street, has nice parking lot and very easy access.
