I had weird energy when I went in today to do an exchange and or return. I really wanted to do an exchange due to my work shoes being run down. The staff was very helpful at first. When I started asking for other options one of the staff members that was helping me legit just dipped and started helping another customer who seemed to know her really well. Overall I am not happy with how I was treated today at American Shoe. I felt like I was an inconvenience or was wasting their time because I wasn't a sale/commission for them. It was weird energy overall.
