Update to our last review because it won’t let you add updates, the called us down for the third trip to pick up contacts that were “ready”, 2 hour drive, upon arrival they claim they didn’t check the package and part of the order was still missing. This store has the least competent employees I’ve ever seen, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else and don’t be like those of us who think “oh they can’t be that bad”, because they are.
This was the second time they tried to find info on my new insurance. Both times they said the system was down. I almost left again without any glasses, but Sandy took the time to call the insurance company and get the info we needed. She was so patient and kind during the entire time-consuming process. She also helped me pick out the perfect frames! Thank you Sandy for your excellent customer service!
They LOST our contact order, we got there and they only had half an order and had no idea what they did with the other half. I’m glad we drove 2 hours round trip for absolutely nothing. We called and confirmed twice that they had them and they told us BOTH times they were ready.
I've been going to this location for a few years, with or without vision insurance they have been great. Signing up for their eye club the first time I visited saved me so much money over the years both in eye exams and contacts, and this year was my first year with vision insurance and they helped me figure out what the best deal would be for me. For me my insurance was the way to go, but the 20% off contacts with the club definitely helped over the years when I didn't have vision insurance. I definitely recommend the eye club if you go here and don't have insurance, it'll be more costly the first time but it's lasted years where I've gotten free eye exams and 20% off contacts. It's made it easier to keep up to date with my prescription and look after my eye health which I really appreciate.
Went here got an exam he told me to go to a real eye doctor glasses where good quality service isn't good they are slow and inpatient with you makes you feel unwanted I called to request my prescription to have for my records and 2 managers Danielle and Crystal, refused to give me my own prescription I wouldn't waste time with them go somewhere else

DON’T GO HERE FOR CONTACTS. They not only change your brand without consulting you about it first, but they also have horrible communication when it comes to trials when you force them to change the brand back to your normal one. I understand how sometimes contacts can be on back order and that’s not really the offices fault. I also know that communicating with your patients IS HOW YOU KEEP THEM. My fiancé also came here to get his contact prescription and they gave him the wrong prescription and changed his contact brand on his paperwork without consulting him about it first. I didn’t notice till I had already left so he can’t even order the contacts he wants. The assistant manager was extremely nice about our situation and has promised to help us get it all sorted. The manager Kristin should definitely watch how she talks to people. She tries to argue with me when I tried to change my brand back. They also quoted me incorrectly when I called to see how much the exams would be. I also talked to Kristin about that and she basically told me I was wrong and there is no way someone quoted me wrong. Arguing about it. I’m in eyecare too so I understand the frustration when it comes to patients asking a lot of questions. That doesn’t mean be rude and argue. Let alone when she realized that I actually knew what I was talking about and now she looked silly. My aunts went in to get glasses as well. They both bought two pairs each. Amazing patients. Yet when they went in to pick them up guess who was there. Kristen. She helped them with their glasses and was saying little snarky comments to them. I can’t help but feel like that was because I was making sure I got exactly what I wanted and a kind of retaliation was shown. The employees are very kind but Kristin the store manager is what will put a bad rep on that store. So I’m sorry for all of the employees and the very kind assistant manager.
The whole experience here was amazing! And Kristin really helped me figure out the best options for me! Will recommend.
I had the most awesome experience with Emily and Danielle. They were both very helpful and patient with me getting contacts for the first time. It took awhile but I got the hang of it. Thanks ladies

I absolutely love this particular location at Mid Rivers. I pass probably 5-6 locations just to come here. Crystal was so helpful and professional on my last visit. Each time I come in the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Can’t wait to get my new glasses when they come in. Thank you Crystal for being so helpful and accommodating.
America's Best is the only place we go. The optometrist and staff were very accommodating, professional, and friendly. A special shout out to Danielle, whose bubbly personality really made my day

I've gone to America's Best for 15-20 years. The price for an eye exam, contacts, and single vision glasses without insurance is very reasonable. I joined the Eye Care Club and get great discounts. All of the employees that helped me were pleasant and very helpful.
