Bad first impression. Greeter/front desk employee was rude, impatient and not pleasant. However, the person that did my glasses order was amazing! Torrey was nice, patient and refused to stop until she got answers to some very specific lens requirements. She made multiple calls (6 I believe) to track down an answer and verify the ordering process, in advance for some special lenses. And the total cost and copay was less than virtually identical glasses from the other big eyeglass chain. Impressed.

This company hires liars that give you incorrect estimates for your contacts and glasses. I ordered both and was told it would take about a week for me to receive them. When I called to check if they had indeed come in they said it would be another 45 days until they would have them ready. They also said that it would have only been 3-5 days for the contacts if I would have had them shipped to my house. To recap the experience, terrible costumer service and terrible time estimates to be “America’s best”.

Vicky was very helpful adjusting my glasses to fit my nose. Made sure my glasses looked good on me. Ladies here helped me picked out lenses to order and they were spot on. 5 stars all day. I'm very happy with my affordable purchase.

Jeni was very helpful and kind. She answered all the questions I asked and all the questions I didn’t know to ask. Everybody helped me get in and get out which was great because I was in a rush

Very budget friendly eyewear! I got beautiful glasses at a super affordable price. All the people I talked to were wonderful, especially Vickie. I'd like to bottle the sweet personality of Vickie and dispense it to grumps, the world would be a better place. Now I can see the world better. Them you say much!

More than a month I've waited for my class to put in contacts. I've paid over $100 for contacts and glasses in which the glasses don't fit correctly. Every time I call the staff is not helpful and rude. Don't recommend this spot sucks because I use to have no issues with America's best.

Kate was amazing! I've never worn glasses and was very unsure on what would suit me and she was so friendly and helpful. She made the visit a pleasure. The Dr and the lady Dr person and the receptionist where also very professional and friendly they all quickly put me at ease. Kate just really stood out to me but the whole staff was amazing.

I'd give negative stars if I could. These people belittle you for your prescription. Trying to pressure you into buying " thinner lenses because yours is going to be so thick your glasses won't stay in place" then ask everyone in the store if they think you have a horrible prescription and then tell you you have an enormous head and surprised your current glasses aren't in pieces. They have no business Sense and need a few classes on sensitivity. Id be fired from my job if I spoke to someone like that. When you're paying out of your pocket for the whole thing they should have better attitudes. Will NEVER RETURN.

Had a pair of glasses that I bought from them which broke. Torrey was super helpful and called about every store in the district to fix the issue.

Terrible! Will not return ever! Dr Cronister raced through the process not waiting for my replies on testing my vision. Guessed at what “might” work stating if this doesn’t work we will try something else. I was to buy contacts. You just don’t guess or return them after being purchased.
He then sent me up front saying they will take care of you. The lady told me my balance and I didn’t even know what I was ordering. I never chose a brand. Color or not. No idea what I was buying.
I had to ask to see what I was buying and when I asked questions about it I got I don’t know replies. I paid for the exam since it was done and said I was not purchasing anything. I went back to my previous eye doctor. The only reason I changed optometrists was that I got different insurance and my eye dr was not in network. I would rather pay straight cash with no insurance out of network at my optometrist than come here ever again.
Dr Cronister did not listen to me. Raced through. Guessed at what he thought I should have. Was very much in a hurry and I felt like I was being rushed out the door. In fact before I even got in my car he was racing out and getting into his.
Extremely disappointed in the service. Extremely disappointed in their lack of knowledge or having any PR skills. Extremely disappointed in it costing over $300 when my own optometrist doesn’t even cost that and he is out of network! I will never return even if I got a refund for my exam or free contacts! Unbelievable!

Went to order glasses. They were extremely busy, busy managed to greet customers courteously and get thru the rush in an orderly manner. Took a while to order glasses. Staff was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Two weeks and I’ll see better in a nice frame!

Desiree was amazing. She helped me pick out frames and get the lenses. The whole place was a nice experience. I will go there again.

I highly recommend this place. Torrey and her staff were amazing. Quick and easy and really only 79.95 plus tax for exam and 2 pair of glasses. Will definitely be back.

Jeni was absolutely amazing! They was short staffed today because of illness thruout the office. I had trouble finding a pair of glasses that fit my to big for kids yet to little for adult glasses! She was extremely helpful with finding frames and helping me decide pricing options. She's a gem! Thank you jeni!
