I have been coming here for a couple years. This time when I went in, the doctor, (Melanie Ruoff) scolded the tech that was about to screen me for helping up front and making me wait 15 minutes. When I got into the room with the doctor, I told her I didn't mind the wait and she proceeded to tell me that I may not mind, but all those behind me do. Then she talked poorly about her family and just had an all around negative attitude. The rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive as always, but she made me want to choose a new location. Renaldo was a gem, as always.
