The optometrist and technician were great. The lady at the front desk was good too - she tried hard to resolve my price issue. The other ladies were "okay. " Rather unprofessional.

The girls are amazing! Everyone was awesome and great company while my "wallet" tried to complete (it never did!). The doctor is nice and the exam was fast. I'll see you ladies again for my "kid glasses " Haha! Thank you

This was my first time using my own insurance & going to a different office than I normally go to (Clarkson). All the ladies were so helpful explaining what my insurance covered and were so sweet. Got in and out super quick as well! Great location!

I slightly bent one if the arms on my glasses. I went to thus store amd asked them for new frames. A lady took my glasses asked me to tske a seat. She put them on top if a machine. I waited for about 3 minutes and then asked her what was going on. She Saif I'm fixing your frames. I Said wow cool thx. Then she said they were fixed. Yes they laid straighter but I noticed the while top was not straight any more. They were very much bent angling down each side from the nose. They look crazy now. No communication amd ru8ned my frames instead if fixing them. P.s
I still need new frames just like I asked when I first went. She said we don't have any thing that matches. I thattobetrue.

I am so excited about my new glasses. The woman at the front desk with the short red hair was absolutely amazing! She helped me find two pairs of glasses I was originally going to purchase one pair. She showed me several options and gave me her opinion and gave me several options to choose from. Honestly l, because of her winning personality I bought a second pair. Thanks so much I had a wonderful experience!

Great experience. Everyone was professional. Very helpful. My son broke his glasses and they even found some in the back to pop his lenses in to make sure he would have something until his new ones came in.

My daughter (5) received her first eye exam/set of glasses and was extremely nervous. The tech Janice was very kid friendly and made sure she was comfortable. The Doctor, Hedges, answered all of my questions and Leverance made the payment process quick and easy to understand. I wish they sold those indestructible flexible style glasses for kids but they didn’t have any. Luckily I was able to add the protection plan that guarantees a free replacement pair in case of an accident.
