Walls are thin could hear people in hall. Was told they had swimming pool and don't was disappointed

The hotel was quiet. The beds were comfy and the price was fair. I always check for bed bugs. They have bed bug protective covers over their mattresses and I didn't see any bed bugs. They have what they call a "toast bar" for their continental breakfast but there was no toast or toaster. They have 2 kinds of cereal, milk, orange juice and little Debbie snack cakes for breakfast. They close breakfast at 9 am.

The pictures don't do justice to do their rooms refrigerator is all the rooms are outdated dirty the atmosphere there I felt very unsafe gangs hanging out in the parking lot we checked in and checked out 10 minutes later we are still waiting refund our money and so far we have never received any refund on our money I highly recommend you do not stay at this place it's it's not a place to stay there's no pool in working order go check out your room before payment,

Upgraded my room when arrived from a double to a king and guy at counter charged me $25 more which made room close to $100, animal hair and dirt all over carpet, was really disappointed and the area was real sketchy and felt unsafe, don't recommend!

A good location to be close enough to food and a few different stores. The room was in decent order and there wasn't a lot of creepy things going on at night, which was a relief considering a few hotels I've stayed at recently. Breakfast is good. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

It's not a nice place, and I don't like the way they treat there guest with disabilities. I will never patron this establishment ever again

Absolutely terrible! Made a reservation arrived to find no parking due to construction vehicles double and triple parked. Went inside to be told the room we reserved was taken and they were unable to accommodate are reservation. We asked for a refund and was told no. I do not recommend ever making arrangements at this establishment.

Hotel staff is nice and friendly but the owner is a p.o. S.charged me twice for my service animal wich I might add is illegal.then when I showed proof, he refused to give my money back, called me a liar then was disrespectful to my wife and myself.talked to a police officer and he said they get called to that exact same hotel all the time for reasons of the owner trying to screw people over. I would advice looking into another hotel.and the room was not clean, hair in tub and sink, trash on floor, and food crusted pillowcase with snot or something on them.would highly recommend finding another hotel especially if you respect yourself. I can't stress enough how unprofessional the owner is. He pays his workers 10$ an hour under the table even though they are the only reason he still has a buisness.health dept. And better buisness Beau. Have ben notified.this place needs shut down A. S. A. P.it escalated to the point I almost hit the guy.save yourself the trouble.

We reserved a room and when we got there they did not have a room available with the correct beds so we had to find another place to stay and they are refusing us a refund saying we no showed. That is not correct. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Was thinking of staying here but after reading the reviews and understanding both points of view of the customer and the owner or managers. But because of the nasty unprofessional responses that AMERICA'S BEST value inn decides to put into the public eye. I will not be coming here. I could have dealt with all the complaints any customer posted on here. I can and will not support a business where disrespect is allowed to those that keep the business rolling. Customers. Without us they don't have a hotel. Unless they want to lower prices and have nothing but rift raft like other places nearby.

I work in customer service and deal with nasty people all day long and I wouldn't have a job if anyone in my company responded the way they have to your reviews.they are a bully and I won't tolerate it.

I have submitted all the responses to the CEO of the company. Let's hope they pull their franchise license

My mom, daughter and I checked into our room around 9pm and when we walked in it reeked of smoke and mildew. We always make a habit of checking the bedsheets first ours had what appeared to be bodily fluids of some sort. The toilet paper in the bathroom was dirty and smudged with dirt and blue paint and the floors were gross. We asked to please change rooms and the second room wasn't much better. The floors were still gross and the water in the shower was light gray for the first 30 seconds before it finally ran clear. The manager was nice enough to change our room but the old man that was with her was complaining about having to do it. He must not have known we were in the room right across the hall from where he was and was very vocal about it. There were other rooms the manager checked that were also gross before she got to one that she thought would "do. " If you don't absolutely HAVE to stay here, my advice to you would be to go ANYWHERE else.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. *This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever been to in my life.
There was blood on the sheets and something spilled down the side of bed and mattress.
There were sketchy groups of guys out front drinking alcohol and cussing horribly! I was with my girls and nervous about taking them inside and if we had any other option we would NEVER have stayed.
This place should be condemned it was literally that bad.

Horrible place to stay. I got sick from whatever was sticky on the table. Ruined my whole vacation being sick.

Rooms were a little older, the pool was out of order. And they advertised a waffle breakfast, but had dry cereal.

Would never stay here again, the room smell of mold over takes you when you open the door. There is a huge pile of trash outside your door, trash can overflowing. The water pressure sucks and no hot water. The breakfast is a joke. And I will never stay at this location again. Oh and needles on the ground outside. So always a safe place for kids to be. I am unaware of how this place is still open. I stayed one night and that was more than enough.

The area is in a good location. The place is nice and clean. The people that work there is really friendly

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, even cut up and laughed a little with me regarding my current job. Will definitely come here again when I'm in Harrisonville next time.

It was one of the worse motels I stayed at I got the room so my kids could swim as well and enjoy there stay away from home and it was closed then very rude when I went to pay after I reserved my room with my kids and my bettet half so I was very displeased.

I'm actually staying this hotel now there's is a washer & dryer, the room is very spacious, the manager of the hotel is very nice and so is his family, the housekeeper is very sweet woman, she even let me borrow her cleaning products for awhile, location is right off the highway, gas station is right next door, Walmart is down the road a bit and there's two fast food restaurants
