Good selection of cards and honestly? , seemed cheaper than when I get them at the grocery store last minute. The workers were super helpful in helping us find a specific card and checkout was quick.

I like exploring this place to see new and adorable gifts. Some of the gifts are pricey but high quality. They have reasonable price gifts as well. If you are looking for some unique KC Cheifs gifts then that is the place to check out.

Marilyn was very informative and helpful! When I got to the counter she got me setup with a Crown Rewards card, double checked my item was not damaged, bagged the gift I got and helped me get a card. Very professional and caring! She went above and beyond to make my experience great! I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

I’m pretty amazed that this location has 4 star review, I walk in there were two women at the cash wrap they did greet me. I walked around this entire store no one asked if I needed help are if I’m finding everything okay, the store was not busy. I go over to the cards I’m shopping for two cards, it was an employee with a Chiefs shirt on older lady working scanning cards with a cart. I came by her at least 4 different times not only did she not speak she didn’t ask if I needed help nor tried making the cart so I could look for cards. I finally found what I needed I went to the cash wrap to check out, I asked the other older lady was the lady wearing the Chiefs shirt a manager. She told me she was a key holder and did I need help, I told her no because I knew I was going to write this review. Long story short terrible customer service! Will not be coming back it amazes me who we put in management roles.
