This store's staff was dynamite! Very friendly and helpful All of the associates genuinely were happy - something I hope people reciprocate back to the staff by being nice in return.

Sign up for the Hallmark Crown program (it's free) and you'll get lots of great perks from Amy's Hallmark (free cards, etc.) I love the card selection and especially enjoy all the knick knacks (ESPECIALLY THE KC THINGS) because they're quality items for all ages! This is a one-stop shop for those who are looking for a gift, a gift bag, and a card to complete the look. Definitely recommend.

Great selection of hallmark favorites, but used to carry so many local makers that supported kc. Wish it still did.

Hallmark stores used to be Sentimentality Central. Not anymore. Not this store. I went here to buy a 50th wedding anniversary card … a rather auspicious occasion. They had ONE CARD which looked decidedly CHEAP! And they had no appropriate gifts for the occasion. Pathetically, this store will never have my business ever again. I can do just as well at a grocery store card rack.

William is the most gracious and very kind. He inspires me to make Hallmark a more visited shopping experience. I signed up for the Rewards program and received a Just Because card on the house. Thank you William. Thank you Hallmark.

I truly enjoyed shopping here they have a wide variety their staff definitely knows the merchandise and they have awesome local merchandise there as well if you're needing something for the Chiefs or any of the local colleges this definitely a place you would want to look at. The staff are very friendly a great place to go and hang out and find unique pieces from women's clothing to household goods it's a fun place to shop I definitely must go to.

Lovely, very beautiful shop, very friendly folks that work there. They have a lot of boutique items as well as an awesome flora shop.
