Made 2 appointments for a quote, no-show both times with no follow-up call or text, even after I called and texted. The little conversation we had over the phone made it clear that customer service is not a priority and they have little to no time for "little problems " of customers after the job and only interested in how much my budget is.

Just signed a contract with a well established competitor and wouldn't give this company the privilege of trying to beat their quote.

After six weeks of dealing with estimator, no progress. Non-responsive to numerous requests, didn't follow-up despite several claims that I would receive a contract the following day.

We selected Anchor Fence as our pool fence contractor in 2021. After receiving multiple bids, they were fairly priced and we had the highest confidence level in their product and installation. The materials were back ordered for an extended period of time due to COVID, but once they were received, the fence was installed within a couple of weeks. Mike was our sales person. He was professional, accommodating of our schedules, and followed through with pricing and drawings in a timely manner. The installation was perfect. The installer was professional and meticulous. The fence looks great, and he cleaned up everything very well. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good experience.

By far the best place and people to do business with. Talked to Brett and he assisted me in getting a few pieces of fence that I destroyed by accident. Anchor did not have pieces but they did have they whole section and I was told to use what I need and bring the rest back and pay then. Folks you don't find many trusting folks like this. This tells me a lot about the way they conduct business because they had never met me before and could have easily blown me off. The staff and the owner are super and I will absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing fence or supplies.

Spent over $10,000 on a security fence. A few years later we had a break in and now they say they are not doing repairs and cannot recommend anyone to re secure our area. Good install, unfortunately poor service after the sale.

Can’t recommend based on customer service. They cashed my 1/2 down payment check immediately and said they would install in 10 weeks then finally completed project after 5 month wait. They never once initiated a call to me to update me. I called them 4 times after 3 month wait to ask about timeline. Salesperson was evasive and office manager was rude. When I requested the courtesy of a call after a no show, office manager stated that since salesperson has 150 clients, he can’t be expected to call me to tell me they won’t be there at arranged install time. She stated she had over 400 clients and it wasn’t her job to call me. Final project looks good but overall a negative experience.

Very happy with the gates and hardware they sold us. Extremely prompt turnaround on what was a small job. They delivered exactly when they said the would.

Anchor did my fence and I am very impressed. Very professional company with great people working for them. Their responsiveness, quality, and price beats all competition in the 417. I would 10/10 recommend their products and services

I called for an estimate 3 times and had nobody call me back. I was told all 3 times someone would be in touch. It’s been 4 weeks and I response at all.

We needed a new gate/fence as ours was old and leaning. Anchor cane out and built a new one to match what we had and did a great job! Very professional and fast and looks amazing! Would not hesitate to use again!

This company has a knowledgeable respectful staff they have helped me in every aspect of my fence build and they have had every product that I have needed great people!

We have an iron gate at our home and over the years we have needed to have it serviced for various reasons.wind damage & etc. Anchor has always came out in an extremely timely manner to repair it and has charged a very reasonable fee. The last time we called one afternoon and they were out at 8 am the next morning working on the repair. I would highly recommend them!

Jacob and his team did a great job on our fence. He was extremely communicative via text and came out an extra time before the work started to help us figure out how to address an odd section with one of our neighbors.

I did have to check in regularly with the guys doing the work and stay engaged during the project. There were a couple of decisions they made that I didn't like and I wish they had discussed them with me first. Since I checked in each day, though, it all worked out and they made the couple of changes I wanted.

And that's why I give them 5 stars and not 4. I would have preferred that the work was just good without me having to be engaged, but they not only made sure it was right, they went above and beyond. One of the gates wouldn't be able to open right because the ground was too high, and they shaved that off nicely. And they pulled up another section of fence in our front yard that we wanted to get rid of too.

Overall, I'm very pleased, especially with the price compared to other bids I got.

Love my new privacy fence! Jacob was awesome, always replied right away to any questions and kept me up to date with the installment and everything. Super attentive, I have dogs so they made sure everything was cleaned up and nothing would hurt my pups. Thanks guys!

Jacob and his crew have gone above and beyond for us. They put up a temporary fence for our dogs until they could build the privacy fence at our new home. His crew helped remove trees and brush behind our house so we could get our fence up against our property line. The gates are big heavy duty steel. Also, Jacob’s quote was the best. Really happy my experience!

We had them give us an estimate for our fence work. While we didn’t proceed for unforeseen reasons, would like to leave a review based on our short experience. They were very professional, punctual, and competitively priced. We did have a second estimate from a different company which was several hundred dollars more. Very nice people and would consider them again in the future.

We had a salesman come to our house for an estimate. Three weeks later, still no estimate. I spoke to the salesman a week after he was here, and he promised an estimate the following week. When I called the office to speak to a manger about this, I was told I would only be able to speak to the salesman and there would not be a manager available. No offer to have someone else contact me - just an “okay” when I said it didn’t make much sense to voice a complaint to the person I am complaining about. I guess they are busy enough that new customers aren’t needed.

Anchor Fence did a great job with our privacy fence. The service was fast, looks amazing, and the staff and crew were very professional.
