Everything was a very smooth process. Thank you to everyone at Anderson Ford. I definitely appreciate Travis who made it possible for me to purchase a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander!

My wife would say -5 stars but that’s not an option. Only allowed to do a one star minimum. All we can say is NO. Because my wife had her 2017 Escape there for a recall since June 6th, officially received vehicle back Sept 22nd. It had to have a diagnostic ran on it to see if there was coolant intrusion in the motor and it came back that was the problem. So they started a ticket for the recall and Ford supposedly tried to contact me and we tried to contact the person in charge of it and he would never answer or return a voicemail. So they ended up canceling the recall and she had to pay $6,400 and when she picked it up the first time the A/C didn’t blow cold. My wife was told by the service writer that maybe the technician didn’t hook something up but she could drive it for the weekend with my windows down when there was a chance of rain. Then on Monday when she picked it up and drove home, went to work the next day it had no power. She had to have it towed to the dealership where she was told that there was a misfire in #2 cylinder and it needed new spark plugs. The service manager has been no help but in his defense he’s only been in the position 2 weeks so he didn’t know what was going on. But we definitely wouldn’t not recommend going there for anything and she has driven Ford for 34 years and now we’re thinking about switching to a new manufacturer and dealership for our next vehicle.

Overall a very positive experience. Gabea was attentive and easy to work with. The process (test drive, financing, delivery) was straightforward. The car was as described online and in good working condition. The price was right for our needs. There was an issue with one of the seats and it was fixed while we were waiting.

Negative: The car was not detailed/cleaned prior to test drive. It was a difficult decision for us to move forward based on how dirty the vehicle was. But we were in need a of a car and there was nothing else available within driving range at the same price point. And at the end of the day it was mostly superficial. Anderson did detail (clean) the car prior to delivery. I would have like a more detailed car but it was mostly clean.

I would recommend Anderson and Gabea and buy from them again.

We recently purchased from this dealership and had a good overall experience. The initial negotiations were a bit painful as always, but once price was agreed to they worked with us quickly and got the sale done.

The vehicle is in good shape, and when there were some minor issues after the purchase the team picked up the vehicle over an hour away, drove it to their shop for repairs, and brought it back same day. Special thanks to Fred Goff for arranging that and driving it back to us so I had it before heading home from work.

Best service, hands down! We bring all our vehicles here for maintenance and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. We appreciate all you do to keep our cars running and in tip-top shape! (Also, shout-out to Brian Johnson for being one of our favorite service advisors)

Fred Goff at Anderson was extremely helpful and courteous. He did a great job of helping us find the truck we were looking for. He also did a great job of patiently walking us through the process of buying the truck. I will go back to him for future vehicle purchases.

Brett Farr works tirelessly to provide a decent experience while buying or leasing a vehicle. It took 10 Mo this to get my 2023 Corsair, but Brett and team did all they could do.

The Anderson experience is always great but this time was over the top great! Brett takes care of us every time we need (or want in this case) a new car. I have wanted a Kia K5 for awhile now and finally got one. Brett and Lee did everything in their power to find the perfect one, and man did they! Thank you Anderson for always going above and beyond for us!

Took a truck in for oil change and transmission flush. First they broke my fill tube for the transmission and said it was broke when it came in. Problem is the truck sits on concrete pad and there was no leaks before they serviced it. So I ended up paying for that, next they took 4 business days to do the job which I wasn't really upset about but the communication on the truck, or lack of when it was taking longer than quoted. They then message saying truck was done and I go to get it and find a pond of transmission fluid under it. They checked it out and found out that the pan gasket was leaking, by the way was the old 13 year gasket that was on the truck when I took it to them. They also messed up drain plug but as like before that was leaking before they say, And again no spot on my concrete drive and guess who paid for that mistake. If you do take you car or Truck enter at your own risk as the tech are incompetent and break stuff and the shop will not take responsibility.

Is this the same service manager that was suppose to call me back but still hasn't called. If this company really cared it would of contacted me, not me contacting you. I guess this could be common problem with trucks leaving your shop with massive leaks so you don't know which one of your customers I am.

They want to charge $3,000 over MSRP just to order a vehicle from Ford. Avoid this place.

Edit: it's unfortunate that this dealer wants to say they have no record of me contacting them. I submitted an inquiry on their website and heard from Gabea Eldridge telling me that they mark-up their Maverick hybrid orders by $3,000. A day after the dealer left their comment on my review she re-contacted me saying that their "pricing policy has changed" and that they could offer me a model of a vehicle that I wasn't even interested in at MSRP. The day that Gabea told me they mark up their Maverick Hybrid orders by $3k I contacted a different nearby dealership who not only said they didn't mark up their orders but also told me they would honor x-plan pricing that I am eligible for.

Was totally shocked the whole transaction went smoothly. The salesman was extremely Kool. Wasn't any pressure of any kind.
Way better experience than I had several years ago when I had been there just looking to see what was avaliable.

Kevin sold me a Bronco and he was the best to work with! Super easy / fast process! Anytime I had a question he would answer them right away! Was worth the 7 hour drive. The reason for the 4 stars is that the car could have been detailed w little better! But overall a great experience!

Brett was great! I was in a pinch and needed a car fast, after being told about my needs and wants he found me the perfect car, and it wasn’t even one I looked at online! He was great with all my questions and took time to truly listen to me! I was also out the door with a new vehicle in about an hour and a half! So fast and easy!

From my first inquiry about the Bronco I saw online, Kelso Klein was ready and willing to help get me in the vehicle I wanted and meeting all my specifications. He was knowledgeable, answered questions, provided guidance, and was timely in all communications and updates. I never felt “sold to” but instead taken care of. Dwayne was my sales rep, and has been in the past. I got a great deal through him as usual, he always comes through. He was very professional, as was all the personnel at the dealership. It made the buying experience enjoyable instead of a pain. Wish I could give more than five stars, but that's all they allow.
