Everyone has been super helpful and friendly, especially Presley and Andrew. I’ve been experimenting with insurance rates as I jump ideas from different cars to considering a motorcycle, then a moped and then back to a car. I finally purchased a car and went with State Farm due to the inexpensive rates and so far I am happy. We shall see!

I appreciate the perceived atmosphere in communication. While some companies are very stiff and uptight, making it seem as if the customer is wasting their time, my agents were actually very friendly and seemed to adapt to my personality, making this process very seamless and put me at ease. I think if they had been curt and not as friendly I likely wouldnt have went with them.
